Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Alabama High School Athlete of the Week for Mar. 14-20 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Sunday at 11:59 p.m and the winner will be announced Monday, Mar. 28. Cam Bailey, Helena Softball: Bailey went 3-for-4 with a home run and 4 RBIs in a 13-5 win over Oak Mountain in the Buccaneer Round Robin. 

Ella Reed, Spain Park Softball: Reed recorded 14 strikeouts in seven innings pitched and only allowed two hits in a 3-0 win over Homewood. 

Mikeria Howard, McAdory Softball: Howard went 2-for-3 with a home run and 2 RBIs in a 8-0 win over Shades Valley.

Kaylee Navarre, Brantley Softball: Navarre struck out 16 batters and allowed four hits with three earned runs in eight innings pitched in a 11-4 win over Wicksburg. 

McKinnon Howard, Central Softball: Howard went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with a double, three RBIs-and had three stolen bases in a 8-3 win over Providence Christian. 

Bryanna Kemp, Hueytown Softball: Kemp went 2-for-3 at the plate with two doubles and two RBIs in a 14-1 win over Paul Bryant. At the McAdory Jackets Tournament, the freshman bat .500 with seven RBIs and three home runs in leading Hueytown to the tournament win. 

Lucas Steele, Hoover Baseball: Steele went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double, a home run, and two RBIs in a 3-0 win over Cullman. 

Jacob Tobias, Spain Park Baseball: Tobias recorded eight strikeouts and allowed four hits in seven innings pitched in a 5-0 win over Chelsea. Tobias also had an RBI in the victory.

Chance Griner, Oxford Baseball: Griner had a double and four RBIs in a dominant 13-3 win against American Christian.

Brock Marlow, Chelsea Boys Soccer: Marlow made key saves in regulation and the game-sealing save in the penalty shootout to lift Chelsea past Briarwood for the first time in 26 years.

Charlie Berryman, Mountain Brook Baseball: Berryman went 2-for-2 at the plate with a double and 3 RBIs in a blowout 15-1 victory against Westpoint. 

Thomas Watson, Vestavia Hills Baseball: Watson went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double, a triple, and two RBIs in a 7-5 win against Chelsea.
