Bolton received 56 percent of the vote after hauling in two touchdown passes in the Vikings' 37-20 win over Baker

Congratulations to Mary G. Montgomery receiver James Bolton for being voted SBLive's Alabama High School Athlete of the Week for Oct. 3 - Oct. 10!

Bolton hauled in seven passes for 129 yards and two touchdowns in a 37-20 win over Baker.

He received 56 percent of the 19,680 votes cast, beating out UMS-Wright’s Joe Lott (42.9 percent).

Ran the ball 17 times for 150 yards and two touchdowns in a 45-21 win over Athens.

Mac Ceman, Pike Road

Was credited with six tackles to go with two interceptions in a 40-7 win over Russell County.

Jabari Collier, Center Point

Passed for 131 yards and added 180 on the ground with two touchdowns in a 29-22 win over Pinson Valley.

Caden Creel, Fairhope

Completed 13 of 17 passes for 151 yards and a touchdown and ran the ball 21 times for 110 yards and another score in a 26-7 win over Daphne.

Peyton Floyd, Hewitt-Trussville

Completed 19 of 27 passes for 231 yards and two touchdowns and carried the ball 22 times for 95 yards and two more scores in a 45-37 win over Vestavia Hills.

Rayshawn Hardy, Bob Jones

Completed 18 of 22 passes for 244 yards and ran the ball 23 times for 153 yards with six total touchdowns in a 48-40 win over Sparkman.

Joe Lott, UMS-Wright

Ran the ball three times for 30 yards and two touchdowns, recorded six tackles and returned an interception 43 yards for another score in a 42-7 win over Rain.

Stephon Mosely, Charles Henderson

Caught five passes for 142 yards and two touchdowns in a 34-7 win over Eufaula.

Kristan Moore, Selma

Was credited with 10 total tackles, including three for a loss, and two sacks in a 29-0 win over Shelby County.
