Arizona commit Jamari Phillips scored 15 points and Tru Washington and Victorious Miller added 10 apiece as AZ Compass Prep beat Bella Vista Prep 57-48 in a showdown of Arizona prep powers on Thursday.
Phillips is a midseason transfer from Modesto Christian (California).

Washington, a 6-foot-3 guard, is an uncommitted four-star senior with offers from Arizona State, LSU, Mississippi State among others. The 6-foot-5 Miller, also uncommitted, is five-star shooting guard with offers from Arizona State, Georgetown and Kansas State, among others.
Compass Prep is headlined by five-star class of 2023 Oregon commit Mookie Cook, the No. 22 prospect in the country per 247 Sports.
With the win, the Dragons (19-5) rebounded from a loss to No. 15 Combine Academy. They host Elite Prep Academy on Friday.
