This week's top boys and girls track performers in Arkansas

Here is a list of the top track and field performers for the week of March 11-17. These participants either set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard or won multiple events in track meets over the past week. 

BOYS

SPRINTERS

Tiquan Box, Prescott

The junior won the 100 (11.94) and 110 hurdles (15.58) at the Southern Bancorp Relays in Gurdon.

Justin Dickerson, Little Rock Hall

Then junior won the 100 (11.37) and 110 hurdles (15.68) at the El Dorado Oil Belt Relays.

Trez Hammond, Conway

The junior won the 100 (11.00) and 200 (22.31) at the Bryant Hornet Relays.

Anthony Hicks, Fayetteville

The senior won the 400 and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bentonville Tiger Relays in 49.38.

Bryson King, El Dorado

The senior won the 200 (23.29) and 300 hurdles (41.53) at the El Dorado Oil Belt Relays.

Taylin Paskell, Crossett

The senior won the 100 (11.23) and 200 (23.05) at the Crossett Senior High Track Meet.

Braedon Walton, Ashdown

The junior won the 200 (22.50) and 400 (50.16) at the Ashdown Panther/Domtar Relays.

HURDLERS

Mykai Foster, Russellville

The senior won the 110 hurdles (16.38), 300 hurdles (43.94) and triple jump (43-7) at the Greenwood High School Invitational.

Sloan Jones, Fayetteville

The senior won the 300 hurdles and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bentonville Tiger Relays in 39.02. He also won the 110 hurdles (39.02)

Kyle Whiteman, Hope

The senior won the 300 hurdles (43.45), high jump (6-2) and triple jump (41-1) at the Ashdown Panther/Domtar Relays.

Carter Beasley, Bentonville

The junior was second and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard in the 800 at the Bentonville Tiger Relays in 1:57.27.

Jonathan Mendez, Springdale Har-Ber

The senior won the 800 and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bentonville Tiger Relays in 1:56.28.

Zachary McMillon, El Dorado

The junior won the 800 (2:08.53), 1,600 (4:59.11) and 3,200 (11:15.98) at the El Dorado Oil Belt Relays.

Jackson Price, Bentonville

The junior was third and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard in the 800 at the Bentonville Tiger Relays in 1:57.51.

Arturo Quintana, De Queen

The junior won the 1,600 (5:06.06) and 3,200 (11:00.39) at the Ashdown Panther/Domtar Relays.

Evan Smith, Fort Smith Southside

The junior won the 800 (2:10.34) and 1,600 (4:42.11) at the James Lemley Quad City Meet in Van Buren.

Aiden Wright, Crossett

The junior won the 1,600 (5:06.29) and 3,200 (11:28.09) at the Crossett Senior High Track Meet.

JUMPERS

Drake Fowler, Bryant

The North Alabama football signee finished second the triple jump and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bryant Hornet Relays by clearing 46-4 3/4.

Quarterion Johnson, Stuttgart

The sophomore won the triple jump and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bryant Hornet Relays by clearing 47-4 1/4.

Trey Johnson, West Helena Central

The junior won the high jump (6-2) and triple jump (42-1) at the Crossett Senior High Track Meet.

Tristen Knox, Bryant

The junior won the long jump and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bryant Hornet Relays by clearing 23-3/4.

Cam Massey, Fort Smith Northside

The junior set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard in the long jump by winning with a wind-aided jump of 22-8 1/2 at the James Lemley Quad City Meet in Van Buren. He also won the 100 (11.05).

Michael Rainier, Rivercrest

The senior won the long jump with a jump of 23-11 and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard of 23-11 at the PECO Relays.

Kyle Whiteman, Hope

The senior won the 300 hurdles (43.45), high jump (6-2) and triple jump (41-1) at the Ashdown Panther/Domtar Relays.

POLE VAULTERS

Zack Harrell, Bentonville

The senior won the pole vault and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bentonville Tiger Relays at 15-0.

Logan Smith, Cabot

The senior won the Bryant Hornet Relays by clearing 12-0.

Paul Kaelin, Fort Smith Southside

The senior won the James Lemley Quad City Meet in Van Buren by clearing 11-6.

The sophomore won the PECO Relays in Pocahontas by clearing 11-9.

The sophomore won the Southern Bancorp Relays in Gurdon by clearing 11-6.

The junior won the Greenwood High School Invitational by clearing 11-0.

The senior won the discus (132-0) and shot put (48-9) at the James Lemley Quad City Meet in Van Buren.

The senior won the discus (130-8) and shot put (47-9) at the Ashdown Panther/Domtar Relays.

Isaac Chapman, Roges

The señor won the shot put and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bentonville Tiger Relays at 51-11.

Ethan Dunn, Fort Smith Southside

The sophomore won the discus and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bentonville Tiger Relays with a throw of 154.7.

Rocco Patrick, Prescott

The senior won the discus (182-) and shot put (53-0) at the Southern Bancorp Relays in Gurdon and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard in both events.

The senior won the discus (133-11) and shot put (48-1 1/2) at the Greenwood High School Invitational.

The senior won the 300 hurdles and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the Bentonville Tiger Relays in 46.17. She was second in the high jump at 5-8.

Zamariyah Rhone, Ashdown

The junior finished second in the shot put set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard with a throw of 37-11 at the Bentonville Tiger Relays.

Tikeria Miller, West Memphis

The junior finished second in the discus at the PECO Relays and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard with a throw of 124-5.

Eva Moore, West Memphis

The sophomore won the discus with a throw of 140-8 and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard at the PECO Relays.

Jane Musengwa, Bentonville

The junior won the discus with a throw and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard of 131-8 at the Bentonville Tiger Relays. She also won the shot put with a throw of 40-10 1/2.

Ashley Rangel, Bentonville West

The senior finished second in the discus with a throw of 121-9 at the Bentonville Tiger Relays. She also finished second the shot put with a throw of 38-6. She set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard in both events

Jaden Steeland, DeWitt

The senior won the discus and set the U.S. Mile Split second team standard with a throw of 130-10 at the Bryant Hornet Relays. She won the discus at the Crossett Senior High Track Meet with a throw of 130-0.
