King/Drew forward Fidelis Okereke commits to Cal State Northridge

King/Drew forward Fidelis Okereke committed to Cal State Northridge, he announced on social media Tuesday.

Okereke was named Scorebook Live's LA City Section Boys Basketball Player of the Year last month following a senior year where he averaged 16 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks per game. Okereke led King/Drew on deep runs in both the LA City and CIF State playoffs. 

Binghamton and Regis were two of the other schools interested in Okereke.
