Here are the nominees for SBLive's National Boys Basketball Player of the Week for Jan. 30-Feb. 5. Voting closes on Sunday, Feb. 12 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) and winners are announced on Mondays.

Who should be SBLive's National Boys Basketball Player of the Week? (Jan. 30-Feb. 5)

Matthew Bothun, St. Francis (Minnesota)

Bothun recorded another big double-double with 40 points and 15 rebounds in an 88-78 victory over Becker. The 6-foot-9 North Dakota signee is closing in on St. Francis’ career points record.

Jason Crowe Jr., Lynwood (California)

Crowe Jr. set a new career high with a 60-point explosion in a 94-84 victory over Gahr. Crowe Jr., a freshman point guard, is averaging 36.3 points, 4.8 assists and 3.3 steals.

James Grose, Napavine (Washington)

Grose netted 40 points as Napavine blew by Adna, 71-41. The junior guard finished the regular season with 552 total points, averaging 27.6 per game.

Amani Hansberry, Mount St. Joseph (Maryland)

Hansberry had a 33-point triple-double in a 78-72 victory over Glenelg Country. Hansberry is a four-star Illinois signee.

Ashton Hardaway, Sierra Canyon (California)

Hardaway splashed 10 3-pointers and finished with 42 points in a 93-51 win over Chaminade.

Rondae Hill, Calvary Baptist Academy (Louisiana)

Hill heated up for 30 points as Calvary Baptist Academy took down North Caddo, 77-51.

Boden Howell, South Medford (Oregon)

The sophomore standout filled up the stat sheet with 40 points, eight rebounds and three assists in an 89-74 victory over South Eugene.

Cameron Keith, Rome (Georgia)

Keith had 35 points, seven rebounds and five assists in a 91-54 victory over Sequoyah. Keith made six 3-pointers as Rome finished with 28 assists as a team.

Tyler Mallory, Greenville (Alabama)

Mallory broke his own school record with a 63-point eruption in a 92-89 victory over Montgomery Catholic. The senior point guard is averaging 34.1 points per game this season.

Jared McCain, Corona Centennial (California)

McCain had a senior night to remember, scoring 41 points in a hard-fought 77-71 win against Roosevelt-Eastvale.

Matthew Minckler, Portsmouth (New Hampshire)

Minckler hit equalizers at the end of regulation, overtime, and then made the game-winning 3-pointer in double-overtime as Portsmouth rallied for a 59-58 win over Windham. Minckler, a Virginia Tech baseball signee, finished with a career-high 34 points and eight 3s.

Ty Pence, St. Joseph-Ogden (Illinois)

Pence kept up his torrid scoring pace with a 41-point outing in a 68-55 victory over Bloomington Central Catholic. He then erupted for 40 as St. Joseph-Ogden blew by Auburn, 78-57. The Illinois State signee became St. Joseph-Ogden’s all-time leading scorer last week.

Travis Perry, Lyon County (Kentucky)

Perry buried eight 3-pointers and finished with 29 points in a 95-50 victory over Crittenden. The junior’s final triple gave him 464 for his career, setting a new Kentucky state record. Later in the week, Perry had 37 points as Lyon County took down Caldwell County, 91-63. Perry, who is sitting on 3,888 career points, is 449 points away from Kelly Coleman’s Kentucky state scoring record.

Tyler Pettingill, Greely (Maine)

Pettingill led his team with 39 points in a marathon 117-115 win over Fryeburg Academy that required eight overtimes. Pettingill buried nine 3-pointers — including a buzzer-beater that sent it to a sixth OT with the score tied at 100 — in the 64-minute game. Gunnar Saunders paced Fryeburg Academy with 40 points in one of the longest games of the season.

Labaron Philon, Baker (Alabama)

Philon scored 34 points, including a pair of last-second free throws, as Baker rallied to defeat Cottage Hill Christian Academy, 73-71. The victory capped a big week for Philon, who announced his commitment to Auburn earlier that day.

Cody Schmitz, Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau (Wisconsin)

Schmitz scored 22 first-half points and finished with 34 in a 90-59 runaway win over Westby.

Jackson Shelstad, West Linn (Oregon)

Shelstad had another big outing against Tigard, recording 41 points, even rebounds, seven assists and four steals in an 88-68 win.

MJ Stackhouse, Indian Trail (Wisconsin)

Stackhouse made 15 field goals — including several highlight dunks — en route to a career-high 33 points in a 62-50 victory over Racine Horlick.

MJ Yeager, Nouvel Catholic (Michigan)

Yeager had 34 points in a 64-43 victory over Saginaw Valley Lutheran.
