After rolling out our Top 50 boys basketball players in Southern California, Scorebook Live reporter Connor Morrissette is taking a closer look at the best players in the Southern Section, division by division. Starting at the top, here's his preseason CIF-SS All-Division 1 first and second teams.
Note: There are 40 teams in CIF-SS Division 1. Of those 40, eight teams will be designated as Open Division teams at the end of the regular season.
