LA VERNE– After trailing by double-digits in the second quarter, Chaminade came back to defeat Rolling Hills Prep 58-56 to win third in their division at the Classic At Damien on Monday.
Kenneth Simpson Jr. led all scorers with 17 points for the Eagles. Colin Weems, Keith Higgins, Abe Eagle, Caden Cantwell, and Jaylen Henderson scored the other 41.
JT Tan led RHP with 16 points, and Benny Gealer, Troy Murphy Jr., and Vaughn Flowers added 12 each.
