Former Eastside (Fontana) star Joshua Kelley was drafted in the fourth round by the Los Angeles Chargers. He's staying local following a college career that started at UC Davis and finished at UCLA.

Kelley became the eighth running back in UCLA history to rush for over 1,000 yards in back to back seasons this past year. He rushed for 12 touchdowns as a senior.

Here’s more on Kelley:

JOSHUA KELLEY

2020 NFL Draft: Pick 113

College: UCLA

High school: Eastside

The skinny: Kelley started all 11 games he played in for UCLA this past season. He became the eighth running back in UCLA history to record back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons.

What they’re saying:

"Physical, downhill runner best-suited for gap-scheme rushing attack. On most carries, it feels like Kelley is playing a game of chicken against defenders when he ducks his head and hits the accelerator into contact. He's going to create some yardage after contact and break tackles here and there, but he tends to become a tackle magnet who is not able to make tacklers miss. He's a tough runner with short-yardage ability and maybe even third-down value. Kelly's strong showing at the Senior Bowl and the NFL Scouting Combine have bolstered his stock and put him squarely on the map as a coveted Day 3 pick." - Lance Zierlein NFL Analyst
