With the 2022 California high school basketball season in the books, it's time to hand out some awards.

Here are SBLive's Boys Basketball All-North Coast Section first and second teams. The Section wide teams were compiled by SBLive reporter Connor Morrissette and include a Player of the Year.

PLAYER OF THE YEAR

G: Aidan Mahaney - Campolindo - Senior

Mahaney is a St. Mary’s signee. The senior averaged a team high 17.2 points per game and 3.9 assists per game for the North Coast Section Open Division champion Cougars.

ALL-SECTION FIRST TEAM

G: Cade Bennett - Campolindo - Senior

Bennett was the second best player on Northern California's second best team. The senior averaged 10.9 points and 5.4 rebounds per game for the 28-2 Cougars. 

G: Ryan Beasley - Dougherty Valley - Junior

Beasley was named the East Bay Athletic League Player of the Year this season. He averaged a whopping 30.2 points per game to go along with 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 2.2 steals per contest. All four of those marks led Dougherty Valley. 

G: Alec Blair - De La Salle - Freshman

Blair had a terrific freshman season for De La Salle. He was named to the All-East Bay Athletic League first team and scored a game high 21 points in the Spartans' 51-50 Open Division championship defeat to De La Salle. 

G: Courtney Anderson - Dublin - Junior

Anderson averaged 20.1 points per game for Dublin this season. He was named to the All-East Bay Athletic League first team. 

F: Kevin Gad - Granada - Senior

Gad is another All-East Bay Athletic League first team pick. The senior scored a game high 24 points in a 52-47 league defeat to De La Salle on Feb. 3rd. 

ALL-SECTION SECOND TEAM

G: Johnny Semany - De La Salle - Senior

Semany was instrumental in leading De La Salle to the EBAL Tournament championship this season scoring 10 points in the title game to beat Granada 57-44. He was named an All-East Bay Athletic League first team selection for his efforts.

G: Jeremiah Dargan - Clayton Valley Charter - Senior

Dargan averaged 15.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2.4 steals per game for the Division 1 champion Ugly Eagles this season. 

G: James Frye - Miramonte - Senior

With Frye leading the way, Miramonte advanced to the Open Division semifinals and state playoffs this season. Frye averaged 17.1 points and 7.1 rebounds per game on the year. 

F: Seamus Deely - San Ramon Valley - Sophomore

Deely was named to the All-East Bay Athletic League first team this season. He led the the Wolves to the Division 2 Section championship game in his sophomore season. 

F: Tyler Harris - Salesian - Junior

Harris is one of the top college prospects in the North Coast Section. He scored 10 points in the Pride's 49-47 win over San Ramon Valley in the Division 2 North Coast Section championship game. Both Butler and Utah are recruiting the junior forward.
