Talana Lepolo headlines SBLive's 2021-22 All-Northern California Girls Basketball Teams

Carondelet, Archbishop Mitty, Clovis West, and Salesian each had two members on our All-NorCal teams.

Here are SBLive's All-Northern California girls basketball teams for the 2021-22 season. All players in the Northern, North Coast, Sac-Joaquin, Oakland, San Francisco, and Central Coast Sections were eligible. Most players in the Central Section were eligible as well, as long as their schools were not in Kern, San Luis Obispo, or Santa Barbara Counties. (Central Section players from those three counties were eligible for our All-Southern California teams.)

The main criteria for our end-of-season awards are players' overall impacts on winning, with an emphasis on individual statistics and team success relative to strength of schedule. Any other intangible or non-statistical contributions that substantially influenced team success were considered. Awards and achievements such as all-CIF or all-league honors were taken into account as minor criteria, and players' postseason contributions were considered substantially. We also took into account the opinions of coaches from throughout the state.
