Eastlake junior Nico Libed voted best catcher in San Diego Section high school baseball
Libed is hitting .329 with six doubles and two home runs this season for the Titans.
Last week, we asked California high school baseball fans to vote for the best catcher in the San Diego Section. There were 15 different catchers from schools all across the Section included in the poll.
Eastlake junior Nico Libed won the poll with just under 16,000 votes. Libed has helped the Titans to an 16-9 record this season to go along with a likely first round bye in the San Diego Section Division 1 playoffs.
