Bishop Amat senior Frankie Peralez voted best shortstop in Southern Section high school baseball
Peralez won the poll with 7,641 votes.
Last week, we asked California high school baseball fans to vote for the best shortstop in the Southern Section. There were 30 different shortstops from schools all across the Section included in the poll.
Bishop Amat senior Frankie Peralez won the poll with over 7,000 votes. He led Bishop Amat in hits this season with 24. Overall, Peralez hit .364 on the season. He'll be attending Hawaii Pacific University next year.
