SBLive's California Power 25 football rankings: JSerra gives Mater Dei a scare; No. 1 vs. No. 2 all set

There was very little movement to The Golden State's Power 25 rankings this week, but there was nearly an earthquake. 

Second-ranked Mater Dei barely squeaked past then No. 18 JSerra Catholic 21-13 in Trinity League action of the CIF-Southern Section. 

Now the Monarchs will host top-ranked St. John Bosco, which handled business with a 49-3 win over Servite, to set up not only a showdown of the state's top two teams, but the country.

St. Mary's-Stockton moved into the rankings for the first time at No. 25 and can zip right up the ranks with a home win over No. 13 De La Salle-Concord on Friday
