As part of our end-of-season all-state awards, SBLive will recognize the top players and coaches around the state in Florida high school basketball for their phenomenal performances during the 2021-22 season.

The following standout student-athletes have been named finalists for SBLive’s Florida High School Boys Basketball 3A Player of the Year, which honors the state’s most valuable player on the court in Class 3A.

Before we release our awards, we want your opinion. Who do you think should be the 3A Florida Boys Basketball Player of the Year?

Javon Bennett, Sr. (Trinity Prep)

Bennett averaged 26.2 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game this season for the Saints.

Jaylen Carey, Jr. (Westminster Academy)

Carey averaged 17.7 points and 12.3 rebounds per game this season for the Lions.

Zachiah “ZZ” Clark, So. (Windermere Prep)

Clark averaged 11.6 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game this season for the Lakers.

Andrew Johnson, Jr. (Pensacola Christian)

Johnson averaged 12.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 7.2 assists per game this season.

Karter Knox, So. (Tampa Catholic)

Knox averaged 20.4 points and 7.4 rebounds this season for the Crusaders, leading them to their sixth final four appearance in the last eight years.

Trey Lane, Sr. (Santa Fe Catholic)

Lane averaged 19.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game this season for the Hawks.

Daniel MacGregor, So. (Calvary Christian- Clearwater)

MacGregor averaged 19.7 points, 8.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game this season for the Warriors.

Edward Nnamoko, Sr. (Riviera Prep)

Nnamoko averaged 9.6 points and 10.9 rebounds per game this season, leading the Bulldogs to the 3A runner-up.

Trevor Parks, Sr. (Calvary Christian- Clearwater)

Parks averaged 15.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and shot 37 percent from 3-point range this season for the Warriors.

Jaquay Randolph, Sr. (Maclay)

Randolph averaged 11.1 points and 11.8 rebounds per game this season for the Marauders.

Anthony Robinson II, Jr. (Florida State University High-Tallahassee)

Robinson averaged 15.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game this season, leading the Seminoles to their first state championship since 1969.

Leroy Roker, So. (Canterbury- Fort Myers)

Roker averaged 14.9 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game this season for the Cougars.

Matthew Webster, Sr. (Carrollwood Day)

Webster averaged 22.5 points, 14.6 rebounds per game and finished with 21 double-doubles in 26 games played this season.

Jayden Williams, Sr. (Windermere Prep)

Williams averaged 18.1 points and 7.8 rebounds per game this season for the Lakers.

Harvey Wilson, Jr. (Santa Fe Catholic)

Wilson averaged 10.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.5 blocks per game this season for the Hawks.
