Here are SBLive’s statewide Florida high school softball rankings, which span all classifications. SBLive’s Florida softball rankings are compiled by Ross Van De Griek and will be released weekly during the 2022 season:

This Week: vs Sarasota (Mon.), vs Canterbury (St. Pete) (Wed.), at McKeel Academy (Fri.)

The Lady Mustangs went 4-0 last week and are the new No. 1 team in the state.

2. Melbourne (18-2-1)

Last Week: Lost to Spruce Creek 4-1, Defeated Lake Howell 1-0, Defeated Rockledge 8-1, Defeated Vero Beach 11-0

This Week: vs Sebastien River (Tues.), vs Oxbridge Academy (Fri.)

The Lady Bulldogs move up two spots in the latest rankings.

3. Bartow (20-2)

Last Week: Defeated McKeel Academy 17-6, Lost to Lake Region 5-2

This Week: vs Auburndale (Tues.), vs Hardee (Thu.)

The Lady Jackets had their seven-game winning streak snapped in their last game.

4. Lake Brantley (16-4)

Last Week: Defeated Winter Springs 12-1, Defeated Lake Mary 1-0, Defeated Seminole (Sanford) 2-1

This Week: vs Apopka (Mon.), vs Winter Park (Wed.), vs Viera (Fri.)

The Lady Patriots come into this week on a four-game winning streak.

5. Doral Academy (19-3-1)

Last Week: Defeated Fort Lauderdale 1-0, Defeated North Fort Myers 3-0, Defeated Riverdale 4-3, Lost to Sickles 2-0, Defated West Broward 11-2

The Firebirds finished third in this weekend’s Bill Longshore Tournament in Fort Myers.

6. Oxbridge Academy (17-1-1)

Last Week: Defeated Boca Raton Christian 17-1, Defeated Olympic Heights 7-1, Lost to American Heritage Plantation 2-0
