Here is a list of 10 wide receivers to watch this upcoming season

In North Central Florida, where schools spread from the state line with Georgia to near Bushnell, there are small and large schools that are rural and suburban, and some wide receivers are making a name for themselves and catching the attention of college recruiters along the way. As such, we have compiled a list of 10 returning wide receivers for the upcoming season for the region.

AJ Adams, Forest: Only played in seven games last season as a junior, hauling 15 catches for 260 yards and five touchdowns.

Camdon Frier, Columbia: Had 27 catches for 538 yards and five touchdowns as a junior in 2022. Frier also had a kickoff return for a touchdown, 12 carries for 167 yards rushing, and two more touchdowns.

Matt Hart, Forest: Led Marion County in receptions in 2022 as a junior with 37 catches for 591 yards receiving and scoring four touchdowns.

Antonio Hubbert, Eastside: Hubbert led the Rams in receiving last year with 582 yards on 29 catches and scoring five touchdowns as a junior.

Gavin Jenkins, Union County: In 2022, as a sophomore, Jenkins had 24 catches for 501 yards receiving and scored five touchdowns while also having ten tackles, nine pass breakups, and two interceptions on defense for the Tigers.

Dallen Ponder, Vanguard: Had 361 yards receiving and seven touchdowns on 27 catches for the Knights as a junior last season.

Caleb Rollerson, North Marion: Rollerson had 38 catches for 612 yards receiving, four touchdowns, and one kickoff return touchdown for the Colts as a junior in 2022.

David Schmidt, Newberry: As a junior in 2022, Schmidt had 37 catches for 642 yards receiving, scoring five touchdowns while adding two rushing touchdowns to his statistics.

AJ Weaver, West Port: The rising junior had 23 catches for 377 yards and three touchdowns for the Wolfpack in 2022.

Antoneo Wilson, Eastside: Had 26 receptions for 511 yards and four touchdowns for the district champion Rams as a junior in 2022.
