In Northeast Florida, there is plenty of ever-emerging wide receivers in the region, as we have compiled a list of 15 returning wide receivers to keep an eye on this season from Hilliard down to St. Augustine and all points in between.

Jenoa Alford, University Christian: As a sophomore for the state semifinalist in 2022, Alford had 41 catches for 812 yards receiving, scoring 12 touchdowns.

Cohen Beebe, Beachside: As a junior on the first-ever Barracudas football team, Beebe hauled in 43 catches for 670 yards and 11 touchdowns last season.

Miles Burris, Trinity Christian (Jacksonville): Had 59 catches for 664 yards receiving and nine touchdowns for the regional finalist Conquerors in 2022 as a junior.

Naeem Burroughs, Bolles: As a freshman in 2022, Burroughs hauled in 36 catches for 659 yards and seven touchdowns for the Bulldogs.

Tyrone Blunt, Zarephath Academy: Had 44 catches for 767 yards receiving and two touchdowns as a junior for the Eagles in 2022.

Payton Dykas, Clay: Dykas was the biggest weapon for the Blue Devils in 2022, whereas a junior had 57 catches for just over 1,000 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Jaime Ffrench, Mandarin: An explosive receiver that received high praise from coaches in the Jacksonville area, had 44 catches for 671 yards receiving and five touchdowns as a sophomore.

Bryce Gee, Beachside: As part of the first-year Barracudas’ football team as a junior in 2022, Gee had 30 catches for 632 yards receiving, scoring 12 touchdowns.

Thomas Jackson III, First Coast: Helped guide the Buccaneers to the playoffs for the first time going back to 2014 as a junior, catching 42 passes for 663 yards and nine touchdowns.

Carl Jenkins Jr., St. Augustine: Hauled in 33 catches for 667 yards with eight touchdowns as the rising junior helped guide the Yellow Jackets to a district championship and playoff berth in 2022.

Trenton Jones, St. Augustine: Last season as a sophomore, Jones had 33 catches for 564 yards receiving and four touchdowns for the district champion Yellow Jackets.

Kaleb Lampkins, Bishop Kenny: The rising junior who played at Bolles last season had 27 catches for 359 yards and four touchdowns as a sophomore and will now finish his football career with the Crusaders.

Ashton Reynolds, Creekside: As a junior, Reynolds hauled 37 catches for 619 yards and eight touchdowns for the regional semifinalist Knights.

Maddox Spencer, Nease: Hauled in 45 catches for 713 yards and six touchdowns for the Panthers as a sophomore last season.

Kaleb Taylor-Burch, Creekside: At a new school for 2023, Taylor-Burch had 68 catches for 885 yards and nine touchdowns as a sophomore at Christ’s Church Academy in Jacksonville.

Anthony Vaglienti, Fletcher Racked up 738 yards receiving on 55 catches and eight touchdowns for the Senators as a junior last season.
