The 2023-24 Florida high school wrestling season is underway and with it comes the SBLive Florida Wrestler of the Week poll. We were so excited about the start of this season we couldn't wait, so we put together our first poll on some of the preseason tournaments sprinkled across the month of November.

ScorebookLive.com will run the poll each Wednesday. There will be one mixed poll for both boys and girls. Voting will conclude on Sunday, December 24th at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s new poll.

Congratulations to last week's winner: Colt Selph of Lake Region

Lake Gibson junior Gianni Maldonado grapples with South Dade junior Gavin Balmeceda during a 152-pound semifinal at the Knockout Christmas Classic this past December at Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee. Both wrestlers will be competing at this year's Knockout beginning Thursday.
