Here are the candidates for the Scorebook Live Southern California football player of the week for Nov. 4-10, as nominated by fans, readers and Scorebook Live’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Players from the Southern, LA City and San Diego Sections are considered. Voting will conclude on Thursday at 11:59 p.m and the winner will be announced Friday morning. Mehki Jordan, Long Beach Poly QB: Jordan rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winning touchdown in overtime to lift Long Beach Poly to a 27-24 win over Orange Lutheran in the Southern Section D-2 playoffs. Jordan also passed for 145 yards, completing 13-for-23 passes.

William Camacho, Chaminade RB/WR: Camacho caught 6 passes for 91 yards -- including the game-winning 19-yard TD catch with 13 seconds left -- to lead Chaminade to a 46-44 upset of Norco in the Southern Section D-2 playoffs. Camacho also rushed 22 times for 79 yards and 5 TDs.

Michael Smith, Grant RB: Smith, a senior, rushed for 167 yards and 2 touchdowns and returned a kickoff 80 yards for a touchdown to lead Grant to a 38-34 upset of Fairfax in the LA City Section Division 1 playoffs.

Aiden Lippert, La Costa Canyon RB: Lippert had 18 carries for 109 yards and a touchdown and caught two passes for 85 yards and a TD to lead La Costa Canyon to a 25-16 win over Granite Hills in the San Diego Section D-1 playoffs.

Abel Reyes, Franklin CB/WR: Reyes had two interceptions -- including a 60-yard pick six -- and a 31-yard touchdown reception in Franklin's 49-7 LA City Section D-2 playoff victory over Verdugo Hills.

Zach Johnson, Hart QB: Johnson passed for 335 yards and 4 TDs to lead Hart to a 34-23 win over Chaparral in the LA City Section D-4 playoffs.

Cael Helfrich, Torrey Pines RB: Helfrich rushed for 147 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries to lead Torrey Pines to a 34-6 win over Rancho Bernardo in the San Diego Section D-1 playoffs.

Kai Jessie, Patrick Henry WR: Jessie caught 10 passes for 120 yards and three touchdowns to lead Patrick Henry to a 35-28 victory over Del Norte in the first round of the CIF San Diego Section Division 4 high school football playoffs.

Chayden Peery, Sierra Canyon QB: Peery was 20-for-29 for 338 yards and 3 TDs to lead the Trailblazers to a 35-21 win over Santa Margarita in the Southern Section Division 1 playoffs.

Walker Eget, West Ranch QB: Eget passed for 263 yards and 2 TDs to lead the Wildcats to a 35-6 win over Quartz Hill in the Southern Section Division 7 playoffs.

Josh Henderson, Grace Brethren RB: Henderson ran for 206 yards and 5 TDs to lead Grace Brethren to a 42-38 win over Westlake in the Southern Section Division 3 playoffs.

Jesse Valenzuela, Camarillo RB: Valenzuela rushed for 195 yards and two TDs on 25 carries to lead Camarillo to a 34-28 victory over Damien in the Southern Section D-4 playoffs.
