Here are the candidates for the Scorebook Live Southern California football player of the week for Nov. 18-24, as nominated by fans, readers and Scorebook Live’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Players from the Southern, LA City and San Diego Sections are considered. Voting will conclude on Thursday at 11:59 p.m and the winner will be announced Friday morning. Jakob Galloway, Banning RB: Galloway rushed for 250 yards and two touchdowns to lead Banning to a 35-21 win over Crenshaw in the L.A. City Section Open Division semifinals.

Trent Butler, Reseda QB: Butler threw the game-winning 5-yard touchdown pass to Prophet Tagoai with less than 30 seconds left to lift Reseda to a 42-41 win over Venice in the L.A. City Section Division I semifinals.

Luke Durkin, Scripps Ranch QB: Durkin completed 20-of-24 passes for 330 yards and three touchdown passes to help lead Scripps Ranch to a 49-24 win over Central in the CIF San Diego Section Division III semifinals.

Beaux Collins, St. John Bosco WR: Collins caught four passes for 73 yards and two touchdowns in St. John Bosco’s 52-14 rout of Corona Centennial in the CIF Southern Section Division I semifinals.

Josh Henderson, Grace Brethren RB: Henderson rushed for 296 yards and five touchdowns in Grace Brethren’s thrilling 49-45 Southern Section Division 3 semifinal victory over La Habra. Grace Brethren QB Mikey Zele scored the game-winning touchdown with no time remaining.

Keionte Scott, Helix DB: Scott picked off a pass and returned it 30 yards for a touchdown to give Helix the lead in the second half of the Highlanders’ 28-21 win over Carlsbad in the San Diego Section Open Division championship game.

Bryce Young, Mater Dei QB: Young had seven passing touchdowns and 520 passing yards … in three quarters. Mater Dei rolled over Mission Viejo 49-24 in the CIF Southern Section Division I semifinals.

Angel Pais, Aquinas K: Pais kicked the game-winning 30-yard field goal with three seconds left to lift Aquinas to a 24-21 win over Glendora in the Southern Section Division 5 semifinals. Pais had only attempted two field goals on the season, and it was the first one he made.

Davon Booth, El Monte RB: Booth rushed for 193 yards and two touchdowns to lead El Monte to a 22-15 win over Jurupa Hills in the Southern Section Division 12 semifinals.

Noah Sega, El Camino RB: Sega rushed 15 times for 142 yards, caught two touchdown passes and returned an interception for a TD in El Camino’s 35-21 win over Vista in the San Diego Section Division II semifinals.

Darius Wilson, Highland DE: Wilson had 13 tackles, three tackles for loss, one sack and two QB hurries in Highland's 58-17 win over Newport Harbor in the Southern Section Division 9 semifinals.

Jakob Harris, Oceanside QB: Harris threw for 300 yards and three touchdowns in the Pirates 45-21 win over Madison in the San Diego Section Division I semifinals.

Sam Camposeco, Francis Parker LB: Camposeco helped the Lancers reach their second consecutive San Diego Section Division 5 final, recording eight tackles, two sacks, and an interception while also rushing for 51 yards.

Ethan Garbers, Corona del Mar QB: Garbers accounted for all seven of Corona del Mar's touchdowns in the Sea Kings' 48-21 win over Alemany in the Southern Section Division 3 semifinals. Garbers was 22-of-32 passing for 357 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing for three touchdowns in CDM's win.
