OUTLOOK
For starters, Hermsen becomes the first coach to return for a second season for any player on the roster.
That is huge if the Wolverines have designs of not only breaking a long streak of futility (lost 36 of past 37 games), but making a push in the divisional race where the winner of the lowest-tier division will earn a postseason bid.
One guy to watch on this team is Githinji, who is a returning all-league performer in football and basketball. In the offseason, Hermsem moved him from defensive end to safety so he could be more of a downhill attacker -- and he has shined in offseason workouts.
