It's continuing to look like 6A is the strongest classification this season, with undefeated Buford and Allatoona plus Houston County comprising the top three in SBLive's all-classification Top 25.

Houston County’s games were rained out last week including a top 25 matchup against Valdosta.

6. North Oconee: 12-1

Last week: 6

North Oconee has been winning for a month straight while on its nine-game win streak. The Titans have one of the toughest defenses a team can come across, they have only allowed 18 runs all season.

7. Benedictine: 9-2

Last week: 13

Benedictine’s win streak sits at eight straight after defeating New Hampstead by a score of 20-3. The Cadets have scored 33 runs in their last three games and only given up three.

Last week: 14

Etowah continues to impress, as the Eagles have won 13 straight games after sweeping the season series versus Alpharetta.

Lassiter is 2-2 in its last four games, with wins over Sprayberry and South Cobb and losses to Kell and Allatoona.

10. Parkview: 8-5

Last week: 12

Woodstock has won seven of its last eight games after taking two of three in a series win over Roswell.

24. Pierce County: 11-0

Last week: unranked

Pierce County is enjoying another successful start to a season. The Bears' hot start is thanks to a tough defense and pitching rotation that have allowed only one opponent all season to score more than six runs.

25. South Forsyth: 10-3

Last week: 24

South Forsyth was swept by region opponent Lambert in a two-game series, but then regrouped and did some sweeping of its own against West Forsyth.
