TUSCALOOSA, AL – The Collins Hill Eagles, which cemented themselves as the top high school football team in Georgia in 2021 with their first state title, will put in some work this weekend as they prepare to defend the Georgia High School Athletic Association Class 7A crown they won last fall with a dominant 24-8 win over Milton High School in December.

The Hill reached Tuscaloosa on Friday and were treated to a tour of the University of Alabama’s football facilities as the team prepared to put in some work. On Saturday, the Eagles will showcase their skill position players in Alabama’s 7v7 tournament, while the big boys will take part in Nick Saban’s OL/DL camp.

The Eagles did the same earlier in the week at the University of Georgia after beginning their summer workout programs on June 6th. Collins Hill will host its own 7v7 event June 23-24 before wrapping up its June workouts with a team padded camp at North Forsyth High School at the end of the month.
