Marcus Mascoll, 3-star rated offensive lineman, commits to Florida over LSU and NC State

SNELLVILLE, GEORGIA- Continuing on the success from over the weekend, the University of Florida just keeps snagging more and more players from the state of Georgia. 

After getting a commitment from Creekside defensive tackle Michai Boireau earlier on Monday, Gators head coach Billy Napier was back at it in the afternoon getting another player to commit. 

South Gwinnett (Georgia) junior offensive lineman Marcus Mascoll  announced Monday afternoon via Twitter that he is committing to the Gators. The offensive lineman is a 3-star rated prospect according to 247Sports and also had offers on the table from Appalachian State, LSU and NC State. 

The 6-foot-5, 294-pound lineman led the way for a Cowboys’ offense that amassed over 3,100 yards. Mascoll also had offers on the table from Akron, Arkansas State, Coastal Carolina, Eastern Kentucky, Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, Troy, UCF and USF.
