Georgia commit Jacob Wilkins throws down dunks in 87-59 rout of Peachtree Ridge to reach Final Four

LOGANVILLE, GA -- For the second year in a row, the Grayson boys basketball team is headed to the Final Four after routing Peachtree Ridge 87-59 Wednesday night. 

The Rams put on a show in the win that featured several dunks from Georgia commit Jacob Wilkins, as well as great all-around play from the likes of Purdue signee Gicarri Harris and Anthony Alston.

Harris poured in a team-high 23 points on 7 of 10 shooting while Alston scored 17 in the win. Wilkins finished close behind with 15 points and CJ Hyland scored 12, respectively. 

Grayson led just 20-19 after a competitive first quarter, but they only got stronger from there. 

A dominant second quarter gave the Rams a 45-28 lead at the half, and they never looked back. 

With the win, the Rams advance to the Final Four which will take place this Saturday at Georgia State. They will face Milton, who defeated Pebblebrook in their quarterfinals matchup Wednesday night. 

The loss for Peachtree Ridge ends what was a terrific season for the Lions, who made their deepest playoff fun in years. 

Connor Teasley was a standout in the game for the Lions, scoring a game-high 29 points.
