The Gatorade Illinois Player of the Year and an Indiana signee, Beaumont averaged 19.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.7 steals per game in leading the Redwings to a second-place finish in Class 4A.

Newcomer of the Year

Trinity Jones

Naperville Central, freshman, forward

A talented young player who already holds multiple Division I scholarship offers, Jones averaged 20.3 points, 12.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 2.3 steals and 2.2 blocked shots per game as a freshman.

Coach of the Year

Andre Lewis, Kenwood

Led Broncos to a 30-5 record, their first sectional title and first supersectional appearance, a 47-46 loss to eventual Class 4A runner-up Benet.
