The Saints won the Class 4A state championship game
The Cedar Rapids Xavier football team earned SBLive Iowa Team of the Week honors for Nov. 13-20. The Saints gained nearly 42% of the vote.
Xavier avenged a triple overtime loss in last year’s Class 4A state championship game to hold off Council Bluffs Lewis Central, 35-28, for this year’s title earlier this month.
