Here are some stars from the past week's high school girls basketball games across Iowa.

Karrington Asp, Western Dubuque

The junior had a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds for the Bobcats in a 56-51 victory over Iowa City High. Asp also had two blocks and two steals.

Samantha Becker, Cedar Rapids Washington

Becker, one of three sophomore starters for Washington, scored 26 points and grabbed seven rebounds in a 51-43 win over city rival Jefferson. Becker’s twin sister, Hailey, is also a starter.

Kendra Boatman, Keokuk

The sophomore had 24 points on 8 of 12 shooting, leading the Class 4A No.15 Chiefs (12-1) to a 79-44 win over Burlington. Boatman added five rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Ashlyn Davis, Westwood

The junior finished with 20 points and 14 rebounds for the unbeaten and Class 2A third-ranked Rebels in a 60-21 win over OABCIG. Davis also had five assists and four blocked shots.

Graclyn Eastman, Algona Garrigan

The freshman sensation scored 19 points and hauled in 12 rebounds, leading the two-time defending Class 1A state champions to a 62-24 rout of Eagle Grove. Eastman, who made 8 of 11 shots, also had five steals and two blocked shots for the 14-1 Golden Bears, ranked seventh in 1A.

Libby Fandel, Cedar Rapids Xavier

The junior charted a double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds, while also going over 1,000 points for her career in the Saints’ 49-36 win over Waterloo West.

Vera Grom, Sioux City West

The junior had 20 points and 17 rebounds for the Class 5A 15th-ranked Wolverines in a 68-61 victory over Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln. Grom was 6 for 11 from the field and 7 of 10 from the line.

Lindsey Haken, George-Little Rock

Haken, a sophomore, had a double-double with 22 points and 15 rebounds (nine offensive) as the Class 1A No. 14 Mustangs moved to 10-1 with a 62-26 victory over Le Mars Gehlen Catholic.

Audrie Helmrichs, Edgewood-Colesburg

The senior scored 20 points and grabbed 16 rebounds – 14 of them offensive – as the 10-4 Vikings got past North Cedar, 77-25. Helmrichs rounded out a stellar showing with four steals and three assists.

Brooke Krogmann, West Delaware

Krogmann was 10 for 12 from the free throw line and scored a team-high 21 points for the Hawks in a 50-40 triumph over Williamsburg. Sophomore Norah Peyton chipped in a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Jayden Kuper, Monticello

The junior star tossed in 23 points, leading the Class 3A ninth-ranked Panthers to an easy win over Anamosa.

Abby Lee, Sioux City Bishop Heelan

Lee, a junior, just missed a double-double with 20 points and nine rebounds, leading the Class 4A fifth-ranked Crusaders to a 62-42 win over Sioux City East. Lee made all six of her free throw attempts and Heelan was 18-for-20 as a team.

Claire Lueken, Dubuque Wahlert

Lueken, a junior, poured in 30 points – hitting six 3-pointers – and grabbed nine rebounds for the Golden Eagles (11-2) in a 54-38 victory over Dubuque Hempstead. Lueken also had four steals and three assists.

Jaelyn Marienau, Le Mars

The junior rained in eight 3-pointers en route to a career-high 33 points for the Bulldogs, ranked No. 7 in Class 3A, in a 64-41 win over Sergeant Bluff-Luton.

Morgan Miller, Iowa City Regina

The junior standout scored 27 points to go along with seven assists for the Class 2A No. 4 Regals in a 70-46 win over Durant. Miller hit five 3-pointers for 12-2 Regina.

Payton Petersen, Dike-New Hartford

The senior snared 20 rebounds as part of a double-double for the two-time defending Class 2A state champions in a 64-24 victory over Aplington-Parkersburg. Payton scored 12 points to go along with her 20 boards, while twin sister Jadyn also double-doubled with 16 points and 11 rebounds for the 11-1 Wolverines.

Natalie Ramsey, Iowa City Liberty

The sophomore tossed in 25 points, while adding six rebounds and three steals, as the Lightning downed Iowa City High, 75-64. Ramsey made 8 of 12 shots and seven of eight free throws.

Addie Rhodes, Hudson

The junior scored 20 points and completed a double-double with 13 rebounds, leading the Pirates to a 69-42 win over East Marshall.

Aaliyah Riley, Johnston

The senior Northwest Missouri State recruit led the way with 15 points as the top-ranked and unbeaten Dragons beat West Des Moines Dowling, 43-31, in a battle of 4A ranked teams.

Jaidyn Sellers, Panorama

The senior had 15 points and 15 rebounds for the unbeaten (14-0) Panthers in a 46-30 win over AGSWR. Tyme Boettcher also contributed a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. The 5-10 Sellers also blocked six shots.

Ella Sharar, Iowa Falls-Alden

The senior had 30 points and 16 rebounds as the Cadets handed Humboldt a 64-59 setback. Sharar shot 10-for-14 and made 8 of 12 free throws.

Emilie Sorensen, Waukee

The junior posted a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds as the Warriors turned back crosstown rival Waukee Northwest 64-61 in a matchup of Class 4A top 10 squads. Sorensen hit six of nine shots from beyond the arc.

Haylee Stokes, Estherville-Lincoln Central

Stokes finished with 22 points and six assists, leading the Class 3A fourth-ranked Midgets to a 50-33 victory over Storm Lake.

Lauren Walker, Central DeWitt

The junior tossed in a game-high 33 points as the Sabers rolled to a 66-28 win over Clinton. Walker, who was 11 of 14 with five 3-pointers, also grabbed seven rebounds and had seven steals.

Ava Zediker, West Des Moines Dowling

The junior contributed 25 points, five rebounds and five assists for the Maroons in a 56-49 win over Waukee in a matchup of Class 5A powers. Zediker was 11-for-11 from the free throw line.
