Greg Manning, Benton football
In an incredible game between both teams, the Tigers outlasted Haughton, 78-71. Manning was a big reason why, as he rushed for 274 yards on 29 carries with seven touchdowns, and also caught five passes for 61 yards and another TD.
Isaiah Jamison, North DeSoto football
Jamison intercepted three passes on defense as the Griffins posted a 48-6 win against Huntington. North DeSoto is now 8-0 on the season.
Kenyon Terrell, Captain Shreve football
Terrell gained 191 yards rushing on 13 carries and three TDs as the Gators defeated Southwood, 29-26, breaking a four-game losing streak.
Jaylan White, Parkway football
The Panthers bounced back from a loss the week before with a 37-27 win against Natchitoches Central. White tallied 210 yards rushing on 17 carries and scored four TDs.
Brayden Curry, Evangel football
Curry caught three passes for 194 yards, and all three receptions were turned into TDs, as the Eagles registered a 48-21 win against Minden.
Jaden Osborne, Ruston football
Osborne passed for 162 yards, completing 11-of-13 passes, and three TDs in the Bearcats’ 48-7 win against West Ouachita.
Abram Wardell, Calvary Baptist football
Wardell completed 15-of-16 passes for 302 yards and three TDs in the Cavaliers’ 56-7 win against D'Arbonne Woods.
Tackett Curtis, Many football
In the Tigers’ 58-0 win against Jonesboro-Hodge, Curtis threw four TD passes. Those were his only four completions on the night.
Ben Taylor, Airline football
Taylor completed 21-of-28 passes for 305 yards and a pair of TDs as the Vikings recorded a 48-28 win against Byrd.
Cedrick Allison, Oakdale football
Allison rushed for 305 yards - the second straight week he has had at least 300 yards - along with five TDs in his team’s 74-26 win against Pickering.
Caleb Davidson, Peabody football
Davidson threw five touchdown passes and also scored the game-winning touchdown as the Warhorses used a big second-half rally for a 48-44 win at Grant.
Brandon Williams, Jena football
Williams rushed for 235 yards and had three TDs as the Giants registered a 42-35 win against Bunkie.
Ronnie Crosby, DeRidder football
In the Dragons’ 49-38 win against Eunice, Crosby ran for 227 yards on 27 carries and scored three TDs.
Aden Cline, Rosepine football
Cline caught three passes - scoring each time - for 103 yards in the Eagles’ 48-2 win against Menard. Cline also intercepted two passes, returning one of those for another TD, and also converted 6-of-7 PATs.
Datlan Cunningham, Alexandria football
Cunningham rushed for 181 yards and scored three TDs in the Trojans’ 35-7 win against Pineville.
Xavier Ford, Leesville football
Ford ran for 115 rushing yards and four touchdowns in the Wampus Cats’ 56-6 win against LaGrange.
Cade Dardar, Ascension Episcopal football
The Blue Gators' quarterback accounted for 147 yards of total offense and two TDs in a 24-0 win against Loreauville.
Kennon Ryan, Carencro football
In a 72-55 win against Sam Houston, Ryan rushed 22 times for 260 yards and three TDs for the Bears.
Tylon Citizen, Church Point football
The Bears keep rolling, and so does Citizen, who rushed for 222 yards and three TDs on 10 carries in a 50-20 win against Ville Platte. Church Point is now 8-0.
Clay Doucet, Iota football
Doucet rushed for 163 yards on 11 carries and had two TDs in Iota’s 40-0 win against Mamou.
Cameron Boutte, Southside football
Boutte rushed for 181 yards on 19 carries and scored two TDs, both in the second half, as the Sharks posted a 22-7 win at Acadiana.
Charlie Payton, St. Thomas More football
Payton rushed for 120 yards on 17 carries and two TDs as the Cougars handed rival Teurlings Catholic its first loss, prevailing 35-30.
Jai Eugene Jr., Destrehan football
The senior quarterback and Tulane commit threw three TD passes and added a rushing TD as the undefeated Wildcats picked up a 49-10 win at Sulphur. Eugene was 6-of-11 passing for 181 yards and had 49 yards rushing on four carries.
Roland Young, Iowa football
Young rushed for 261 yards on 36 carries and a TD as the Yellow Jackets pulled off a 17-16 win against Lake Charles College Prep.
Kylin Wheeler, Rayne football
Wheeler had three first-half TDs in the Wolves’ 49-20 win Thursday against Washington-Marion. He also had 110 yards rushing, including a 70-yarder for one of his TDs.
Kade Nugent, St. Louis Catholic football
Nugent recorded three tackles for loss and a sack as the Saints overpowered South Lafourche, 38-6.
Colby Ziegler, Lakeshore football
Ziegler had 186 yards rushing on 26 carries and five TDs as the Titans won at Pearl River, 35-20.
Jacob Davies, St. Paul’s football
In the Wolves’ 31-14 win against Mandeville, Davies had 206 yards on 29 carries and three TDs.
Royal Falgout, John Ehret football
Falgout recorded 244 yards rushing and three TDs, and also completed 8-of-15 passes for 97 yards and a TD in the Patriots’ 33-28 win against Chalmette.
Davon Stirgus, St. Charles Catholic football
Stirgus rushed for 134 yards on 28 carries with a TD in the Comets’ 23-6 win against Martin Luther King Charter.
Luke Guidry, Slidell football
The quarterback threw for 225 yards and three TDs on 17-of-27 passing as the Tigers posted a 36-7 win against Covington.
A.J. Samuel, Edna Karr football
Samuel was 15-of-18 passing for 344 yards and three TDs while adding 38 yards rushing in the Cougars’ 54-7 win against Holy Cross.
Arch Manning, Newman football
The Texas quarterback commit threw for 258 yards and four TDs, completing 16-of-20 passes, in the Greenies’ 31-14 win against Metairie Park Country Day.
Marlon Prout Jr., John Curtis football
In the Patriots’ 28-21 win against St. Augustine, Prout accounted for 151 all-purpose yards and scored two TDs.
Lindell Waters, Helen Cox football
Waters picked off three passes, returning one of those for a TD, in the Cougars’ 20-12 win against L.B. Landry.
Daniel Harden, Catholic-Baton Rouge football
Harden caught eight passes for 92 yards and three TDs, including a game-winning catch as time expired in the Bears’ come-from-behind 30-28 win at crosstown foe Woodlawn-Baton Rouge.
Joseph Hobdy, East Ascension football
Hobdy sealed the Spartans’ 17-7 win against Denham Springs with a 50-yard pick-six in the closing moments.
Pierson Parent, Dutchtown football
Parent rushed for 200 yards and two TDs as Dutchtown won its fifth straight game, prevailing 42-0 at St. Amant.
Camren Stewart, Zachary football
The Broncos’ running back had 151 yards on 21 carries and three TDs in Zachary’s 42-28 win at Central-Baton Rouge.
Covanta Milligan, Scotlandville football
Milligan rushed for 139 yards on just six carries and three TDs while also catching a TD pass in the Hornets’ 48-28 win against Liberty.
Warren Young, Walker football
In the Wildcats’ 33-14 win against Live Oak, Young caught seven passes for 121 yards and two TDs.
Jackson House, Dunham football
House rushed for 207 yards on 28 carries and a TD in the Tigers’ 41-32 win against East Feliciana. He also threw for 131 yards and two TDs.
Hayden Federico, West Monroe football
Federico completed 5-of-10 passes for 69 yards and two TDs and also had three rushing TDs in the Rebels’ 45-14 win against Ouachita Parish.
Josh Alonzo, Hannan football
Alonzo rushed for 274 yards on 15 carries and two TDs and also caught a 17-yard TD pass in the Hawks’ 54-28 win against Loranger.
Trey Holly, Union Parish football
The tailback and LSU commit rushed for 126 yards on 28 carries and two TDs and also made a game-saving sack on defense as the Farmers held off Richwood, 21-20.
Kaleb Vaughn, Neville football
Vaughn returned the opening kickoff 84 yards for a TD as the Tigers led from start to finish in a 43-7 win against Tioga. It was the second straight game Vaughn returned the opening kick for a TD.
Noah Lovelady, Ouachita Christian football
Lovelady registered 17 tackles and forced a fumble in a 34-10 win against Cedar Creek, as the Eagles allowed just 225 total yards.
Kendall Davis, Dutchtown volleyball
The Griffins recorded a three-set sweep against East Ascension, and Davis was a big reason why. She had a team-high 14 kills and three blocks along with recording a hitting percentage of .600.
Nya St. Cyr, Belle Chasse volleyball
St. Cyr had 10 kills, seven blocks and three aces as Belle Chasse claimed the District 7-II championship with a three-set sweep Thursday against Academy of Our Lady.
Asyia Blount, Helen Cox volleyball
Blount finished with 17 kills, 10 digs, five aces and five blocks in her team’s three-set district sweep against Edna Karr on Thursday.
Giselle Estrada, Mount Carmel volleyball
Estrada had a team-high 11 kills and an ace as the Cubs recorded a three-set sweep against West Jefferson, allowing just 10 total points.
Ava Henry, Sam Houston volleyball
The sophomore had a double-double with 18 kills and 11 blocks along with seven digs as Sam Houston forced a three-way tie for first in Division I, District 3 with a five-set win against Sulphur on Thursday. Sam Houston won the second set, 26-24; the third set, 35-33; and then pulled off the fifth set, 15-13.
