Logan Lomonaco, Lakeshore baseball

The junior went 2-for-2 with two home runs, including a grand slam, with seven RBIs in Game 3 of the Titans' Division II non-select quarterfinal series win against Lutcher

James Harris, Oak Grove baseball

The junior hit two home runs to help lift the top-seeded Tigers past Grand Lake in the Division IV non-select quarterfinals.

James Reina, St. Louis Catholic baseball

Senior threw a one-hit, complete-game shutout with 10 strikeouts in Game 1 of his team's quarterfinal series versus Archbishop Shaw.

Sam Ardoin, Sam Houston baseball

University of Texas signee went 3-for-7 with a home run, a double and four RBIs as the Broncos swept Live Oak in the Division I non-select quarterfinals.

Michael Ryan, Archbishop Rummel baseball

Junior LSU commit went 2-for-2 with two HRs, including a grand slam, and seven RBIs as the Raiders advanced to the Division I select semifinals with a win over Northwood-Shreveport.

Mark Collins, Opelousas Catholic baseball

Junior University of Louisiana commit belted a solo home run and robbed Catholic-Pointe Coupee of two extra base hits with web gems in center field in a 3-2 Vikings' win in a Division IV select quarterfinal game.

Tyler Weimer, E. D. White baseball

Junior Nicholls State commit threw a one-hit shutout with 14 strikeouts in Game 1 of his team's Division II select quarterfinal series against De La Salle.

Landon Fontenot, Calvary Baptist baseball

Junior left-handed pitcher allowed zero earned runs with 10 strikeouts over six innings in a Game 1 quarterfinal series win at Notre Dame.

Ean Allain, Simpson boys track

Allain won four gold medals at the Class C state meet last weekend. He finished first in the 400-meter dash (54.37), the 800-meter run (1:06.51), 1,600-meter run (4:54.48) and 3200-meter run (11:07.68) to account for 40 of Simpson’s 80 points scored as the Broncos took home the team runner-up title. 

A’shyria Burns, Menard girls track

At the 2A state meet, Burns won state titles in the long jump (18-7), triple jump (36-8.5), and 100-meter hurdles (14.81), and was also runner-up in the 100-meter dash. 

Nivea Lowe, Caldwell Parish girls track

Lowe won both the Class 3A long jump (17-9) and triple jump (36-10.5) state championships. 

Makeriah Harris, Scotlandville girls track

Harris won both the 100 hurdles (13.49) and 300 hurdles (41.49) at the Class 5A state meet. She also ran the anchor leg on the 800-meter relay team that also took first place, setting a new meet record with a time of 1:36.80 as Scotlandville and Zachary shared the team title.

Samora Sampson, Gibsland-Coleman girls track

Sampson won the Class C long jump (16-6), the triple jump (33-2) and the 100-meter hurdles (17.15) to help Gibsland-Coleman claim the team championship. 

Izayla Harris, Doyline girls track

Harris won three events at the Class B state meet. She claimed the 100-meter dash (12.13), the 200-meter dash (24.93) and the 400-meter dash (56.69), and also set class records in all three events. 

Jackson Burney, Calvary Baptist boys track

Burney claimed the Class 2A 800 meters (1:59.36) and the 1,600 meters (4:22.00) and was also on the first-place 1,600-meter relay squad. 

Jaydan Jackson, Zachary girls track

Jackson won both the 5A shot put (44-1.5) and the discus with a throw measuring 146-8, setting a meet record.

Tristen Harris, West Feliciana girls track

Harris was the 4A girls champion in both the long jump (18-0 1/4) and the 200 meters (24.75) while also placing second in the 100 meters.

Justin Horne, John Curtis boys track

Horne took home two individual Class 5A titles, winning both the 110 hurdles (13.82) and the 300 hurdles (37.25).

Dedrick Latulas, Westgate boys track

Latulas was the 4A boys long jump (22-6 1/4) and triple jump (45-4 1/4) champion while helping Westgate claim the team championship.

Aiden Monistere, Parkview Baptist boys track

Monistere won both the 3A 1,600 meter (4:30.91) and 3,200 meter (9:57.70) events.

Kenzie Touchet, St. Louis girls track

Touchet won both the 3A 100 meter hurdles (14.3) and 300 hurdles (43.25) as St. Louis claimed the team title.

Gabe Clement, Kaplan boys track

Clement finished first in three different events at the 3A state meet, winning the 100 (10.55), the 200 (21.32) and the 400 (47.66).

Alana Simon, Episcopal girls track

Simon won the 2A 300 hurdles (45.57) and the high jump (5-7 1/4) while placing second in the 100 meters and third in the long jump as she accounted for 34 points in helping Episcopal claim the team title.

Jade Neves, Sacred Heart-New Orleans girls golf

Neves shot a two-round score of 152 (75-77) to claim the Division I girls individual golf championship last week.

Morgan Guepet, St. Martin's girls golf

Guepet won the Division II girls individual title by five strokes by shooting a 142 (69-73).

Drew Silman, Zachary boys golf

Silman claimed the Division I boys championship by one stroke after shooting identical 70 rounds for a total of 140.

Collyn Jones, Westlake boys golf

Jones shot a 71 for both rounds to claim the Division II title with a total score of 142, winning by one stroke.

Jay Mendell, Ascension Episcopal boys golf

Mendell shot 66 over both of his rounds for a total of 132, winning the Division III title by one stroke while also helping Ascension Episcopal claiming the team championship.

Logan Heltz, Christ Episcopal boys golf

Heltz shot a 67 for the first round and 69 the second round for a total of 136, winning the Division IV individual title by six strokes.
