Ponchatoula senior Taj Jackson voted SBLive's Louisiana High School Athlete of the Week
Jackson helps lead Green Wave to back-to-back state basketball titles
Taj Jackson did his part to ensure his team had a repeat performance.
Jackson, a senior guard for Ponchatoula, helped guarantee a repeat state championship for the Green Wave, as he scored 24 points with eight rebounds, three blocks and two assists in a 75-60 win over Natchitoches Central.
Ponchatoula (30-4) ended the season on a 14-game win streak.
For his efforts, Jackson was voted the SBLive Louisiana High School Athlete of the Week for March 4-10.
