Michael Van Buren, St. Frances

Van Buren will be seeking the only goal that has eluded him and his St. Frances teammates, a national championship. The senior 4-Star is committed to Oregon. He is rated as the 290th player in the Class of 2024, as well as the No. 18 quarterback and the No. 6 player in Maryland.

Malik Washington, Archbishop Spalding

The rising junior signal call is one of the dual-threat quarterbacks in the nation. The 6-3, 200-pound Washington led the Cavaliers to their MIAA A Conference title last season and has them favored to repeat in 2023. Recruiting analysts believe his a strong lean towards Penn State, but more of the nation’s elite college programs are pursuing this 4-Star Standout. He is currently rated as the No. 187 player in the Class of 2025. He is rated as No. 13 among national quarterbacks and No. 6 overall in Maryland.

Deshawn Purdie, Milford Mill

Deshawn Purdie did something last fall that many talented athletes have attempted but none achieved - lead Milford Mill to a Maryland state championship. The senior 3-Star quarterback, who is 6-feet-4 and 205-pounds has committed to Charlotte where he will play for former Gilman and St. Frances head coach Biff Poggi. He is rated as the No. 40 quarterback nationally in the Class of 2024 and the No. 16 overall player in Maryland.

Khalil Wilkins, Henry Wise

A star for one of the nation’s top public school programs, Wilkins, a 3-Star 6-foot-4, 190-pound quarterback, is committed to playing college football at West Virginia University. He is rated the No. 51 quarterback nationally in the Class of 2024 and the No. 20 overall player in Maryland.
