1. Rosemount (7-0)

Defeated No. 8 Prior Lake 27-17

2. Stillwater (7-0)

Defeated Mounds View 35-7

This game was tied 7-7 ay halftime, but the Ponies pulled away for a comfortable win.

3. Maple Grove (7-0)

Defeated St. Michael-Albertville 30-0

St. Michael-Albertville kept it close in the first quarter, but the Crimson exploded for 17 points in the third quarter to lead 20-0 at halftime. Maple Grove quarterback Jacob Kilzer finished with three rushing touchdowns. 

4. Shakopee (6-1)

Lost at No. 6 Lakeville South 28-10

The Sabers finished with 266 rushing yards, but it was not enough to overcome Lakeville South's potent rushing attack, which finished with 268 yards.

5. Forest Lake (6-1)

Defeated Roseville 47-14

Keagan Zeidler was responsible for three touchdowns to lead Forest Lake.

6. Lakeville South (5-2)

Defeated No. 4 Shakopee 28-10

The Cougars running game was on full display in the win. They averaged 7.2 yards per carry, and Carson Hansen finished with 99 rushing yards while Ryder Patterson finished with 132. 

7. Eden Prairie (6-2)

Deafeated Edina 42-16

8. Prior Lake (4-3)

Lost at No. 1 Rosemount 27-17

9. St. Thomas Academy (7-0)

Next game: Oct. 13 vs. Apple Valley (3-3)

Backfield duo Love Adebayo and Savio Hart combined for 167 yards and three touchdowns on 29 carries as St. Thomas Academy rolled over Apple Valley.

10. Mankato West (7-0)

Defeated Northfield 42-0 

11. Robbinsdale Armstrong (6-1)

Last week’s ranking: 12

Lost at Chaska 14-7

Chaska running back Reese Turner ran for 140 yards and one touchdown on 34 carries.

12. Elk River (7-0)

Defeated Alexandria 58-29

Quarterback Cade Osterman was responsible for six touchdowns in Elk River's win.

13. St. Francis (7-0)

Defeated Big Lake 48-0

14. Chanhassen (6-1)

Defeated Academy of Holy Angels 21-20

The two teams traded touchdowns to the very end. Holy Angels came within one point with 50 seconds left and decided to go for the 2-point conversion. AJ Boarman's pass was incomplete, and Chanhassen held on to win. 

15. Mahtomedi (6-1)

Defeated No. 16 Simley 38-13

Mahtomedi football's strong fourth quarter leads it past Simley.

16. Simley (6-1)

Lost vs. No. 15 Mahtomedi (6-0) 38-13

Mahtomedi football's strong fourth quarter leads it past Simley.

17. Woodbury (6-1)

Defeated Hopkins 55-0

18. Mound Westonka (7-0)

Defeated St. Paul Central 42-0

Mound Westonka running back Tyler Albert ran for four touchdowns for an easy win.

19. Centennial (5-2)

Defeated No. 25 Minnetonka 8-7

Centennial Scored late in the fourth quarter with a Marcus Whiting touchdown run, and Whiting converted the 2-point attempt moments later to win the game.

20. Sauk Rapids-Rice (6-1)

Defeated Moorhead 33-20

21. Rochester Mayo (6-1)

Defeated Austin 57-26 

22. Stewartville (7-0)

Defeated Winona 41-0

Owen Sikkink ran for 189 yards on 24 attempts to keep Stewartville undefeated. 

23. White Bear Lake (5-2)

Defeated Osseo 23-0

The Bears offense was not spectacular, but it did not have to be as the defense pitched shutout.

24. Minnetonka (4-3)

Lost to No. 19 Centennial 8-7

Centennial Scored late in the fourth quarter with a Whiting touchdown run, and Whiting converted the 2-point attempt moments later to win the game.

25. Marshall (7-0)

Defeated Jordan 14-6
