The No. 2-seed Andover Huskies defeated the Rosemount Irish 9-0 in the Class 2A quarterfinal at Xcel Energy Center.

The Huskies outshot the Irish 38-12.

Nora Sauer started the scoring for the Huskies one minute into the game. Ella Boerger extended the Huskie lead two to 12 minutes later.

The Huskies scored eight minutes into the second period. Isa Goettl ripped a shot to the top corner after Madison Brown set her up from behind the net. 

Maya Engler scored on a power play for Andover's fourth goal.

Goettl scored again, this time short handed, and Brown scored on the power play as the Huskies took a 6-0 lead into the third period.

Andover added three goals in the third period. Goettl completed her hat trick, and Cailin Mumm and Halle Dunleavy scored.

Andover will play the winner of No. 3-seed Edina vs. Lakeville North on February 24 at 6 p.m. at Xcel Energy Center.
