Photos: Magee runs away from Noxubee County in MHSAA 3A football state championship

JACKSON — Behind 185 yards rushing from QB Chandler Pittman, Magee ran away with a 49-26 victory over Noxubee County Friday afternoon in the MHSAA 3A football state championship game.

Pittman threw for 132 yards and three TDs and added two more rushing TDs to pace a Trojans' offense that racked up 316 yards on the ground.

Noxubee County QB Chrishaad Rupert threw for 308 yards and two touchdowns in the loss.
