Ansley Allen, Puckett Softball: The MGCCC commit recorded seven strikeouts and was 3-for-4 at the plate with 3 RBIs against Pelahatchie.
Harley Garner, Walnut Softball: The junior went 3-for-4 at the plate with a single, a triple and a two run inside the park home run in a 12-4 victory over Thrasher.
Terrell Dixon, Brandon Boys Basketball: Dixon finished with 14 points to lead the Bulldogs and threw down a monstrous dunk as time expired in the Bulldog's 60-50 6A quarterfinal round win against Northwest Rankin.
Kimani Hamilton, Clinton Boys Basketball: Hamilton scored 20 points to lead Clinton past Southaven 58-56 in the quarterfinal round of the 6A playoffs.
Jaylen McNair, Florence Boys Basketball: McNair scored 17 points and hit a short jump shot with 17 seconds remaining in the game to lead Florence over Hattiesburg, 44-41, in the quarterfinal round of the Class 5A playoffs.
Kylie Williamson, Choctaw Central Girls Basketball: Williamson had a game-high 17 points as the Lady Warriors book another trip to the Coliseum with a 69-48 win over South Pontotoc.
Andie Flatgard, Jackson Prep Girls Basketball: Flatgard scored 14 points im a 38-38 win over Central Hinds. With the victory, Jackson Prep advances to the MAIS overall tournament semifinals against Bowling Green.
Landon Jeffries, Olive Branch Boys Basketball: Jeffries led Olive Branch with 21 points in a 77-73 win over Tupelo-advancing to the 6A state semifinals.
Hannah Seago, Biggersville Girls Basketball: Seago recorded 17 points in Biggersville's 58-40 quarterfinal round win against Ingomar.
Jalen Smith, McEvans Boys Basketball: Smith dropped 31 points in a 61-63 1A quarterfinal round loss to Bay Springs.
Harrison Alexander, Madison Ridgeland Academy Boys Basketball: The junior forward recorded a game-high 27 points and joined the 1,000th career point club in a 78-56 win over Greenville St. Joe in the MAIS overall quarterfinals.
Ella Kate Taylor, West Union Girls Basketball: Led West Union with 18 points in a 67-61 1A quarterfinal round win against Blue Mountain.
