New Hope tops Caledonia 3-0 in annual 'Dig Pink' Breast Cancer fundraiser
The annual charity game was a huge hit for both playoff-bound teams
NEW HOPE — The New Hope Trojans defeated Caledonia in straight games Tuesday night, but the real winners were the beneficiaries of the money the two teams raised to fight breast cancer.
Proceeds from the game were set aside for research and treatment of Stage Four breast cancer. The money will go to the Side-Out Foundation.
The Trojans jumped all over the Cavaliers, winning 25-19, 25-11 and 25-15 to move to 17-8. Caledonia dropped to 19-8.
