Moody had 21 points and four steals during a 51-42 win over Marshall last Thursday.

Jeremiah Watson, Hazelwood Central boys basketball

Watson used 19 points and four boards to lead Hazelwood Central to a 66-23 win over rival Hazelwood West last Monday.

Amrri Thompson, Raytown South girls basketball

Thompson had 20 points and five rebounds during a 62-59 win over Jefferson City last Tuesday.

Bennett Stirtz, Liberty boys basketball

Stirtz did a little bit of everything during the Blue Jays’ 54-48 win over North Kansas City last Tuesday, scoring 21 points, grabbing six rebounds, dishing out five assists and notching four steals.

Tasia Johnson, Lee’s Summit West girls basketball

Johnson had a 28-point, 12-rebound double-double during the Titans’ 61-53 win over Raytown last Tuesday.

Peyton Blair, Fort Zumwalt South boys basketball

Blair was crucial toward a 60-59 win over Troy Buchanan last Saturday with 21 points, eight assists, six rebounds and seven steals.

Caelyn Ferguson, Heritage Christian girls basketball

Ferguson scored a game-high 22 points and notched four steals during a 36-31 win over Perry Lecompton last Tuesday.

Brandon Mitchell-Day, MICDS boys basketball

MICDS’s postseason run has been in large part fueled by Mitchell-Day, who had 20 points and 10 rebounds during a 41-27 win over Priory last Wednesday.

Emani Bennett, Lee’s Summit North girls basketball

The Broncos nabbed a 54-22 win over Belton last Tuesday, and it was in large part due to Bennett’s double-double of 25 points and 14 rebounds.

Luke Walsh, Vianney boys basketball

Walsh used 20 points and five boards to help lead Vianney to a 62-56 win over St. Mary’s last Thursday.

Cierra Smith, Grandview girls basketball

Smith notched an unorthodox double-double during Grandview’s 53-26 win over Capital City, scoring 23 points and grabbing 11 steals.

Connor Turnbull, Fort Zumwalt North boys basketball

Turnbull had a huge double-double with 31 points and 15 rebounds during a 52-47 win over Fort Zumwalt West last Monday.

JoJo Kutch, Kearney girls basketball

Kutch had 21 points and grabbed seven boards during a 48-46 win over Lincoln College Prep last Monday.

Ramzi Salem, John Burroughs boys basketball

Salem had 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds during a 57-53 win over Whitfield last Wednesday.

Kayla Jensen, St. Joseph’s girls basketball

Jensen used 14 points and 13 rebounds en route to a double-double during St. Joseph’s 58-44 win over Marquette last Saturday.

Boston Sanders, Odessa boys basketball

Sanders accounted for at least 34 points during the Bulldogs’ 54-42 win last Tuesday, scoring 20 of his own while tallying six assists.

Kiley Durchardt, St. Joseph’s girls basketball

Durchardt was eyeing a triple-double in a 52-45 win over Parkway West, scoring 23 points, grabbing nine rebounds and dishing out seven assists.

Camden Bennett, St. Joseph Lafayette boys basketball

Bennett led the Fighting Irish to a 54-33 win over conference foe Maryville last Tuesday with 23 points and five rebounds.

Allie Turner, John Burroughs girls basketball
