Congratulations to Branson's Kyshin Isringhausen, who was voted SBLive's Missouri high school Athlete of the Week (Jan. 23-28). He received more than 42 percent of the votes.

Isringhausen improved to 42-0 on the year with a 5-0 run at the Central Ozark Conference tournament to win the 138-pound title. Earlier in the week he picked up career win No. 150.

Battle's Maliyah Miller finished second in the voting with nearly 26 percent of the votes.

The Hamilton Tournament boys Most Valuable Player scored 29 points as Gallatin picked up an 80-59 win over Lafayette County on Saturday.

Kendra Bliss, Washington girls wrestling

Became the career leader for pins with No. 92 in a win on Tuesday for the Blue Jays.

Colton Brendel, Sullivan boys wrestling

Went 3-0 with three pins to win first place at 157 pounds at the DeSoto Bob Georger Classic to help Sullivan take first place for the third year in a row.

Cameron Carr, Link Academy boys basketball

The No. 1-team in the nation picked up an 87-83 win over Dream City Christian (Arizona) behind 24 points from the Tennessee pledge.

Kemper Cline, Albany boys basketball

Tallied 47 points against DeKalb on Wednesday and added 38 in a win against Northeast Nodaway in the King City Tournament. Set a tournament record with 113 points in three games.

Kael Combs, Nixa boys basketball

Combs scored 46 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in the semifinals of the Nixa Invitational on Friday. Had 22 points in a win against Marquette in the first round.

Marco Dalakishvili, St. Pius X KC boys wrestling

Won first place at the Shawnee Mission North Tournament and won his 100th career match.

Kennard Davis Jr., Vashon boys basketball

A Southern Illinois signee, Davis scored a game-high 23 points and was named the game's Most Valuable Player after the Wolverines defeated visiting Staley in overtime at the Show-Me Champions Classic on Saturday.

Mikah Edwards, Helias girls basketball

Dished out a school-record 15 assists, tying a mark set in 1995, in an 81-16 win against Maplewood-Richmond Heights in the Lindbergh Tournament.

Tom Emerick, Mansfield boys basketball

Emerick scored 39 points in the Lions’ overtime win over Sparta in the title game of the Sparta Trojans Invitational on Saturday. Mansfield improved to 20-0 on the season with the win.

Jake Fernandez, Platte County boys wrestling

The junior wrestler picked up his 100th career win for the Pirates this week.

Kenlee Fish, Plattsburg girls wrestling

Secured a pair of pins to help win the KCI Conference Championship for the Tigers at 170 pounds. She was one of three champions from Plattsburg.

Toby Ford, Smithville boys basketball

Down by one, Ford hit a corner 3-pointer to lift the Warriors to a 58-55 win in the Cameron Tournament on Wednesday.

Lauren Friedrich, California girls basketball

The all-stater hit eight 3-pointers and finished with 26 points in a 62-27 win against New Haven in the Hermann Invitational for the Lady Pintos.

Laney Halley, Iberia girls basketball

The Jefferson College softball pledge scored her 1,000th point and helped the sixth-seeded Rangers upset second-seeded Versailles, 56-38, in the Russellville Tournament.

Noah Holland, Hillsboro boys basketball

In a game against Fox on Friday, Holland scored his 1,00th career point.

Kaelyn Johnson, Battle girls basketball

The senior guard surpassed the 1,000-point mark for the Spartans on Friday.

Became the school’s all-time win leader with his 161st victory.

Braxton Strick, Ozark boys wrestling

Bradyn Tate, Carthage boys wrestling

With a pin in a dual against Webb City on Tuesday he broke the school record for most pins at 132 pounds at 25 – a mark set in 1997 and later tied in 2007 and 2015.

Trista Torres, Greenfield girls basketball

Scored 16 points in a game against Marion C. Early on Friday and surpassed the 1,000-point mark.

Rylee Vierthaler, Maryville girls basketball

Became the Spoofhounds’ second player to hit 1,000 points this season doing so in a 49-31 win over Lawson. She is a Central Missouri pledge.

Caroline Ward, Wentzville Liberty girls wrestling

Improved to 37-1 on the season by winning first place at 190 pounds at the DeSoto Lady Dragon Classic on Friday. She was voted the tournament’s most outstanding wrestler.
