Walter Blanchard's one-handed TD grab named high school football National Play of the Week (Sept. 15-17)

The Brookstone (Georgia) receiver's spectacular catch earns nearly 25,000 votes for the win

The SBLive Sports staff watched a whole bunch of high school football highlights from across the nation during the week of Sept. 15-17 and then picked our top 10.

Our readers had seven days to choose their favorite, and Walter Blanchard's one-handed touchdown catch for Brookstone (Georgia) came out on top.

Blanchard's touchdown ran away with the competition, earning 24,132 votes (88.84%), easily beating out a highlight grab by receiver Antonio Hall for Nolan Catholic (Texas), which earned 2,285 votes (8.41%).

Congratulations, Walter Blanchard and the Brookstone Cougars!
