Nick Smith, North Little Rock boys basketball

The 6-5 senior guard scored 19 points and had 8 assists in a 77-46 victory over Calvary Baptist (La.) in the King Cotton Classic in Pine Bluff. He had 32 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in the 86-59 victory over Cane Ridge (Tenn.) in the semifinal. In the championship victory over Beaumont (Texas) United, he had 33 points and 3 rebounds.

Jianna Morris, Sylvan Hills girls basketball

The 5-8 junior guard scored 24 points in a 60-52 victory over Memphis Hutchison (Tenn). In the King Cotton Classic. She had 19 points and 5 rebounds in a 67-47 over Shreveport (La.) Huntington.

Derrian Ford, Magnolia boys basketball

The 6-4 senior guard scored 26 points, had 6 rebounds and 2 steals in a 55-47 victory over Cardinal Ritter (Mo.) in the King Cotton Classic. He had 13 points and 7 rebounds in a 68-61 victory over Shreveport (La.) Huntington in the semifinal. He had 29 points on 10-of-24 shooting with 14 rebounds in 67-58 victory over Parkview in the championship game.

Chloe Clardy, Conway girls basketball

The 5-9 junior point guard had 38 points in a 73-72 loss to Duncanville (Texas) in the Sandra Meadows Classic in Duncanville, Texas. She had 25 points in a victory over Bartlett (Tenn.) in the same tournament.

Kel’el Ware, North Little Rock boys basketball

The 7-0 senior scored 20 of his 24 points in the first half in a 77-46 victory over Calvary Baptist, (La.). He also had 12 rebounds and blocked 3 shots. He had 20 points and 10 rebounds in a 86-59 semifinal victory over Cane Ridge (Tenn.). He had 17 points and 6 rebounds in a 82-72 victory over Beaumont (Texas) United in the championship game.

Savannah Scott, Conway girls basketball

The 6-3 junior center scored 21 points in a 71-37 victory over Plano (Texas) West in the Sandra Meadows Classic in Duncanville, Texas. She had 12 points in a 73-72 loss to Duncanville (Texas) in the same tournament.

Corey Washington, North Little Rock boys basketball

The 6-5 senior guard scored 18 points and had 6 rebounds in a 77-46 victory over Calvary Baptist (La.). He had 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the semifinal victory over Cane Ridge (Tenn.) and 23 points on 9-of-12 shooting with 10 rebounds and 6 assists in the championship victory over Beaumont (Texas) United.

Daedrianna Cail, Marion girls basketball

The 6-0 senior forward scored 16 points in a. 72-44 victory over Captian Shreve (La.) in the Sandra Meadows Classic in Duncanville, Texas. She had 20 points in a 55-28 victory over Fayetteville in the consolation game in the same tournament.

Jai’chaun Hayes, White Hall boys basketball

Hayes scored 18 points in a 51-41 loss to Shreveport Huntington (La.) in the King Cotton Classic. He had 22 points and 5 rebounds in a 84-50 loss to Cardinal Ritter (Mo.) and 9 points in a 59-44 loss to Fort Bend (Texas) Hightower.

Karsyn Morgan, Sylvan Hills girls basketball

The 5-6 senior guard scored 19 points in a 60-52 victory over Memphis Hutchison (Tenn.) in the King Cotton Classic. She had 16 points in a 67-47 victory over Shreveport (La.) Huntington.

Caleb Squires, Wonderview boys basketball

The 6-2 senior guard scored 27 points and had 6 rebounds in a 77-48 loss to Little Rock Christian in the Wildcat Classic in Little Rock. He had 27 points in a 72-66 overtime victory over West Side Greers Ferry in the same tournament.

Beth Rowe, Dermott girls basketball

The 5-3 junior guard scored 21 points in a 46-23 victory over Warren in the Southeast Arkansas Holiday Tournament at Drew Central. She scored 18 points in a 56-26 victory over Hampton in the third-place game in the same tournament.

Arlie Lee, Stuttgart boys basketball

The 6-1 senior guard scored 22 points and had 12 rebounds in a 65-47 victory over Brinkley in the Clarendon Holiday Tournament. He had 32 points and 20 rebounds in a 64-55 victory over Dumas in the faints of the Clarendon-Holly Grove Holiday Tournament.

Anna Trusty, Greenwood girls basketball

The 5-10 sophomore guard scored 27 points in a 69-47 victory over Jacksonville in the Beebe Holiday Classic.

Courtney Crutchfield, Pine Bluff boys basketball

The 6-3 sophomore guard had 23 points on 8-of-16 shooting in a 62-57 loss to Cane Ridge (Tenn.) in the first round of the King Bracket of the King Cotton Classic. He had 22 points and 6 rebounds in a 63-50 victory over Calvary Baptist (La.) and had 12 points and 5 rebounds in a 58-53 loss to Raymond (Miss.).

Abreee McCrotty, Hector girls basketball

The junior scored 30, 25 and 16 points in three games in the Bank OZK Tournament in Ozark. In the third game, she left with six minutes left to get stitches in her head., but that did not stop her from being gamed tournament MVP.

Gunnar Gleghorn, Izard County boys basketball

The 6-2 senior scored 28 points to lead the Cougars in a 51-40 victory over Batesville in the Ronnie Brogdon Invitational in Highland. He had 32 points in a 63-54 victory over Harding Academy (Tenn.) in the finals of the same tournament.

Leah Swing, Booneville girls basketball

The 5-9 junior has 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 steals in a 53-40 victory over Shiloh Christian in the Bill Frye Invitational in Mansfield.

Devonta Walker, Magnolia boys basketball

The 6-5 senior forward scored 13 points and had 9 rebounds in a 55-47 victory over Cardinal Ritter (Mo.) in the King Cotton Classic. He had 11 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in a 68-61 victory over Shreveport (La.) Huntington in the same tournament. He had 10 points and 9 rebounds in the championship victory over Parkview.

Ellie Ford, Rector girls basketball

The 5-6- senior guard had 26 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists in a 46-41 victory over Fordyce in the finals of the CS Bank Holiday Hoops Tournament.

Layne Taylor, Farmington boys basketball

The sophomore was named MVP of the Ultimate Mountain Home Tournament with 22 points, 11 assists and 7 rebounds in a 59-36 victory over Greene County Tech.

Olivia Allen, Southside Batesville girls basketball

The 5-6 senior guard scored 34 points in a 68-59 victory over Lonoke in the finals of the Goldfish Classic in Lonoke.

Kedrick Anderson, Monticello boys basketball

The 5-11 senior guard scored 2 points in a 58-41 loss to Fountain Lake during the Southeast Arkansas Holiday Classic at Drew Central. He had 16 points in a 63-23 victory over Parkers Chapel in a consolation bracket victory in the same tournament.

Alyson Edwards, Mansfield girls basketball

The 5-10 sophomore forward scored 25 points in a 61-54 victory over Vian (Okla.) in the third-place game in the Bill Frye Invitational.

Joseph Pinion, Morrilton boys basketball

The 6-6 small forward scored 23 points, had 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocks in a 54-40 victory over East Newton (Mo,) in the CS Bank Holiday Hoops Tournament in Berryville.

Morgan Garner, Rector girls basketball

The 6-1 senior forward scored 16 points, had 10 rebounds and 4 steals in a 51-30 victory over Pocahontas in the CS Bank Holiday Hoops Tournament in Berryville.
