Amari Whiting, Burley Girls Basketball: Scored 41 points, 7 assists, and 7 rebounds in a 77-16 win over Wood River.

Sophia Glancey, Timberline Girls Basketball: Recorded 16 points and 8 rebounds in a 64-22 win over Kuna.

Shae Olson, Greenleaf Friends Academy Girls Basketball: Had 19 points, 2 assists, and 9 rebounds in a 39-54 loss against Notus.

Shada Edwards, Clearwater Valley Girls Basketball: Had 20 points, 2 steals, and 1 rebound in a 42-40 win over Potlatch.

Paige Cofer, Eagle Girls Basketball: Recorded 10 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals in a 41-26 win over Kuna.

Avery Howell, Boise Girls Basketball: The sophomore led all scorers with 14 points, 13 rebounds, and 5 assists in a 46-18 win against cross-town rival Capital.

Brandon Bethel, Mountain Home Boys Basketball: Had 20 points, 8 assists, 4 steals, and 4 rebounds in a 65-50 win against Canyon Ridge.

Cooper Kesler, Hillcrest Boys Basketball: Scored 22 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds in a 77-67 win over Idaho Falls.

Carsn Perkes, Carey Boys Basketball: Had 19 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals in a 67-55 win over Valley.

Jacob Martinez, Vallivue Boys Basketball: Led the Falcons with 19 points, 8 assists, and 7 rebounds in a 64-43 win over Emmett.

Ethan Butler, Sandpoint Boys Basketball: Led Sandpoint with 17 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 assists in a 54-36 win over Kellogg. It was the Bulldogs' first win over Kellogg since 2018.

Blake Barrett, Priest River Boys Basketball: Scored 13 points in a 53-26 win over Wallace. The Spartans also grabbed their sixth win of the season.

Dedrick Navarro, Nampa Boys Wrestling: Navarro was the 106-pound runner-up at the Doc B Tournament in Clovis, California - one of the top-3 wrestling tournaments in the country - in a bracket that featured six nationally ranked wrestlers.

Christopher Martino, Bishop Kelly Boys Wrestling: The three-time state champion and Princeton signee finally got the one accolate that had eluded him by capturing the 132-pound Rollie Lane title with a 9-4 win over fellow three-time state champion: New Plymouth's Kyle Rice.

Marissa Jimenez, Caldwell Girls Wrestling: Jimenez pinned her way to her third consecutive Rollie Lane championship by taking the 132-pound bracket.

Alyssa Randles, Coeur d'Alene Girls Wrestling: Randles won her third Rollie Lane title - arguably the toughest tournament in the Northwest - by cruising through the 126-pound bracket.

Tanner Frothinger, Eagle Boys Wrestling: Frothinger repeated at Rollie Lane by dominating Post Falls' Tyson Barnhart with a third-round pin after an 18-6 lead in the 120-pound final.

Jason Mara, Meridian Boys Wrestling: Mara is halfway to four-peating at Rollie Lane by winning the 138-pound championship.

Nico Rodriguez, Columbia Boys Wrestling: Rodriguez made the most of his final Rollie Lane appearance with a 5-3 double-overtime win against Borah's Aden Attao in the 220-pound final.

Mia Furman, Rocky Mountain Girls Wrestling: After losing in the championship bout last year, Furman returned and reclaimed her place atop the podium at Rollie Lane by pinning Reed's (OR) Celina Cooke in just 22 seconds for her second title.

Isiah Harwell, Century Boys Basketball: Harwell dropped 32 points on 14-19 shooting in a 54-32 rout of Pocatello.

Marli Reed, Rocky Mountain Girls Basketball: Reed totaled 49 points in games against Centennial and Mountain View.
