Congratulations to Bradley boys basketball small forward/power forward Colbie West for being voted SBLive’s Arkansas High School Athlete of the Week for Jan. 31-Feb. 6!

The senior scored 24 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 blocks in three-quarters in a 46-10 win over Dermott. West also posted 18 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals in a dominant 93-33 win on Friday.

West received 50.11% of the vote, beating out Pine Bluff's Courtney Crutchfield, who finished second with 39.47%. Booneville's Leigh Swint finished third with 5.91% and Osceola's Anthony Harris finished fourth with 2.21%. There were over 44,000 votes tallied this week!

The 5-8 senior guard scored 12 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in a 55-30 victory over Forrest City. She had 14 points and 10 rebounds in a 60-39 victory over eStem.

Connor Tinsley, Valley View boys basketball

The 6-4 senior guard scored 25 points including a buzzer-beating three-pointer in a 56-53 victory over Batesville Southside.

Desitnee Duckworth, North Little Rock girls basketball

The 5-10 senior forward scored 15 of her game-high 19 points in the first half in a 60-50 victory over Little Rock Central.

Derrian Ford, Magnolia boys basketball

The 6-4 senior guard scored 26 points in a 60-26 victory over Monticello to cross the 2,000-point mark in his career.

Hayleigh Wyrick, Lake Hamilton girls basketball

The 5-8 senior guard scored 33 points in a 75-33 victory over Sheridan.

Noah Stracener, Ridgefield Christian boys basketball

The 6-5 senior post scored 23 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in a 72-43 victory over Amorel. He had 24 points and 10 rebounds in a 64-44 victory over Crowley’s Ridge Academy.

Madison Cartwright, Greenwood girls basketball

The 5-10 junior guard scored 29 points, had 7 rebounds and 4 assists in a 56-51 victory over Vilonia. She had 18 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals in a 69-44 victory over Russellville.

Braden Cox, Sloan-Hendrix boys basketball

The 6-2 junior scored 24 points in a 61-51 victory over Melbourne. He had 27 points in a 78-20 victory over Midland.

Pacious McDaniel, Springdale Har-Ber girls basketball

The 5-9 junior forward scored 22 points and made 5 three-pointers in a 69-62 victory over Bentonville.

Nick Smith, North Little Rock boys basketball

The 6-5 senior guard scored 21 of his game-high-29 points in the second half and the game-winning jumper at the buzzer of a 76-74 overtime victory over Little Rock Central.

Anna Trusty, Greenwood girls basketball

The 5-10 sophomore guard had 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in a 69-44 victory over Russellville.

Donyae May, Russellville boys basketball
