NCHSAA softball state championships set

The NCHSAA has released schedules for this weekend's state softball championship series'.

Games for each of the four classifications will take place Friday, June 2 and Saturday, June 3 at N.C. State in Raleigh, Duke University in Durham and UNC Greensboro.

Here is the schedule and game locations for each classification:

1A Championship: (4) North Duplin vs (11) Union Academy @ Dail Softball Stadium, NC State University

Game 1: June 2 - 7:00 PM North Duplin - Home Team

Game 2: June 3 - 11:00 AM Union Academy - Home Team

Game 3: June 3 - 2:00 PM* North Duplin - Home Team

2A Championship: (4) West Stanly vs Winner of (4) Midway & (6) North Johnston @ Duke Softball Stadium, Duke University

Game 1: June 2 - 5:00 PM

Game 2: June 3 - 11:00 AM

Game 3: June 3 - 5:00 PM*

3A Championship: (3) Western Alamance vs (5) East Lincoln @ UNCG Softball Stadium, University of North Carolina at Greensboro

Game 1: June 2 - 6:00 PM Western Alamance - Home Team

Game 2: June 3 - 12:00 PM East Lincoln - Home Team

Game 3: June 3 - 3:00 PM* Western Alamance - Home Team

4A Championship: (1) Hickory Ridge vs (8) Apex @ Duke Softball Stadium, Duke University
