Easton Barnard, Triway baseball

Set the tone at the plate with a double, single and two RBIs in a 3-2 win over Waynedale.

CJ Boudreaux, Clay baseball

Had 10 strikeouts and gave up just one hit and one walk in a 5-0 win over Anthony Wayne.

Sarah Brown, Beachwood track & field

Led the Bisons to the girls shot put relay title with the top individual throw of 36 feet, 1 1/2 inches and won the 4x200 relay in 1:53.76 at Harvey’s Red Raider Relays.

Carsyn Cassady, Watkins Memorial softball

Cassady homered twice in wins over Delaware and Rockledge in Florida. She also struck out 11 in six innings against Delaware.

Alexa Cesar, Willoughby South softball

Recorded a five-RBI day in a 16-7 win over Brookside.

Rachel Crumbacher, Avon girls lacrosse

The Ashland commit scored her 100th goal for Avon over the weekend and became the third girls player in program history to do so.

Sophie Fong, Troy track & field

The Ohio State commit set a program record in pole vault with a jump of 12’9, breaking the former record of 12’4 set in 2009.

Joe Ginnetti, Archbishop Moeller boys lacrosse

Had two goals and three assists in a 15-9 win over Sycamore.

Luke Johnson, Jackson boys lacrosse

Had four goals in the Bears’ 13-6 win over Dublin Coffman.

Rachel Miller, Amherst softball

Miller had four hits, two doubles, two runs and four RBIs to lead Amherst to a 13-5 win over South.

Nate Shaw, Canfield baseball

Tossed four no-hit innings and struck out eight in a 5-0 win over St. Edward to record Canfield’s second no-hitter of the weekend.

Carter Wachtel, Triway softball

Recorded 10 strikeouts, a hit and three RBIs as Triway defeated Brecksville-Broadview Heights 8-1.

Kaleb Wayt, Orrville baseball

In his varsity debut, he tossed five shutout frames and struck out nine in a 13-0 win over St. Thomas Aquinas.

Grant Wilson, St. Edward baseball

The Tulane commit had a 3-run homer to lead the Eagles to a 8-2 victory over Hoban.

Kenzie Woods, West Holmes softball

Led her team with two hits including a triple and three RBIs in a 7-2 win over Orrville.
