Cam Gendics, Amherst Steele baseball

Went 2-for-4 and had a run, triple, RBI and a stolen base in the Comets' 5-2 win over Keystone on Senior Day.

Owen Meacham, Riverside baseball

Led his team’s offense going 4-for-4, amassing two runs, a double, three RBIs and a walk in a 15-1 win over Cleveland Heights.

Carter Muzingo, Olmsted Falls baseball

Went 3-for-5 with two singles, a double and three runs to beat Lakewood 7-6.

Rory Corrigan, Independence baseball

Down 2-1 to Cuyahoga Heights entering the fourth inning, Corrigan helped the Blue Devils come back with a double. He finished the game 3-for-3 with a run and a team-high four RBIs to win the game 14-4 in five innings.

Riley Penn, University baseball

Penn, a sophomore, led the charge with a double, two runs and a stolen base to earn an 18-6 victory over Nordonia.

Owen Canter, Manchester baseball

On the bump, Canter pitched a complete game and struck out 12 while allowing five hits and an earned run. At the plate, he went 3-for-3, had a double, four RBIs and hit a home run in a 14-3 victory over Tuslaw.

Mason Champagne, Lake baseball

Had a double, single, two stolen bases, two runs and an RBI to help beat Massillon 3-1.

Dane Ebel, Lincolnview baseball

Struck out 14 in seven innings, allowing four walks, four hits and one run.

Drew Rader, Wooster baseball

Had three hits, two RBIs and two runs as Wooster beat West Holmes 11-1 to clinch back-to-back OCC titles.

Noah Bromberg, Orange baseball

On the mound, Bromberg pitched a complete game and struck out eight while giving up three hits, a run and four walks. He went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI at the plate in the Lions’ 9-1 win at Ashtabula Lakeside.

Andrea Mansbery, Walsh Jesuit softball

The freshman went 4-for-4 and had two doubles in a 16-2 win over Medina Highland. 

Sydney McKinney, Dublin Jerome softball

Had a triple to start the scoring in a 2-1 win over Groveport Madison.

Grace Fisher, Riverside softball

Threw a five-inning no-hitter in Riverside’s 23-0 shutout win over Warren Harding in a Division I sectional final. She walked one and struck out 12.

Sadie Carroll, Hoover softball

Recorded three hits and two RBIs in a 10-0 win over Madison in the Mentor Division I sectional.

Mackenzie Krafcik, Aurora softball

Krafcik allowed just one run on three hits and struck out 10 batters in Aurora's 7-1 win over Perry.

Kayla Dykin, Avon softball

Pitched a one-hitter and struck out 14 in the Eagles’ 7-0 win over Midview.

Kaleigh Urbanowicz, Brecksville-Broadview Heights softball

Had three hits and four steals, producing three runs and an RBI in an 8-3 win over North Royalton.

Karena Burgess, Loudonville softball

Recorded a double, three hits and four RBIs in an 11-1 win over Central Christian.

Lydia Brunner, Minerva softball

Went 3-for-4 with a double in a 10-5-win over Carrollton.

Taylor Morgan, Hillsdale softball

Led her team to a sectional title behind a combined perfect game, striking out nine in three innings to defeat Our Lady of the Elms 14-0.

Grace Elliott, Green softball

The junior went 3-for-5 and had five RBIs in Green’s win over Canton McKinley.
