Caden Bates, Marlington baseball

Bates went 2-for-4 and scored two runs to lead the Dukes to a 6-3 victory over Alliance.

Blake Bowen, Wooster baseball

The University of Kentucky commit had a pair of hits, including a three-run homer in the first inning, to lead the Generals to a 7-3 victory over Massillon.

Brooke Chapman, Olentangy Orange girls track and field

The freshman won three events at the Delaware County Championship. Chapman took first place in the 100-meter hurdles (15.61 PR), 1600-meter (5:12 PR) and the 4x400m relay team (4:04.51). Chapman also finished second in the 800-meter dash (2:22 PR).

Val D’Amico, Copley girls lacrosse 

The junior scored 12 goals over three games. She had a double hat trick in the Indians’ 11-7 victory over Wooster, a goal in a 6-3 loss to Westlake and five goals in a 17-5 win over Theodore Roosevelt. 

Abbi Ervin, Athens softball

Ervin went 3-for-4 at the plate, launching three homers, scoring three runs and driving in five runs to in a 12-4 win over Logan.

Nick Frontino, St. Ignatius baseball

The sophomore blasted a home run, scored two runs and racked up four RBIs to best Brunswick 6-1.

Cam Hall, Holland Springfield softball

Went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs to shut out Bowling Green 10-0.

Greg Kennedy, Johnathan Alder baseball

Had a hit and reeled in four RBIs as the Pioneers topped Urbana 16-5 to claim the Central Buckeye Conference championship and remain undefeated.

Aidan Kiessling, Defiance baseball

Pitched the Bulldogs to a 2-1 victory over Napoleon, allowing one run and striking out 10.

Shelbie Krieger, Rootstown softball

The Miami commit threw a no-hitter with 15 strikeouts as Rootstown blanked Southeast, 8-0.

Cassidy Lane, Margaretta softball

The freshman went the distance with nine strikeouts and added two hits and three RBIs to lead the Lady Bears to a dominant 12-0 win over Edison.

Emily Lipscomb, Watkins Memorial softball

Lipscomb hit her first career home run on Senior Night after returning from an injury. She also had two RBIs, two runs and a walk en route to an 11-1 victory over Granville.

Delaney Maynard, Pemberville Eastwood softball

In a 12-3 win over Woodmore, Maynard had two RBIs, earned her 150th career hit and set a new program record for the most RBIs in a season with 52.

Brock Miller, Keystone baseball

In a 5-0 shutout win over Columbia, Miller allowed just one hit and struck out 12 over seven innings.

Riley Platter, Kings boys lacrosse

In a 16-2 win over Walnut Hills, Platter scored his 100th career goal and joined the 200 club. The junior has 101 career goals and 111 career assists.

Brooklyn Ramos-Kelly, Magnificat girls track and field 

Was a part of the winning 4x400m relay team (4:05) and the second-place sprint medley (1:55) at the Bulldog Relays.

Micah Rice, Archbishop Moeller boys track and field

Breezed to a victory in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.30 and was a part of the 800-meter relay team that placed first and broke the all-time city record with a time of 1:25.99 at the Mason Rod Russell Invitational. 

Erin Richendollar, Southeastern (Chillicothe) softball

On the mound, Richendollar allowed one run and struck out 13 batters. At the plate, she had one run, two walks and two stolen bases as Southeastern defeated Huntington 8-1.

Caden Sheridan, Sheridan baseball

Went 4-for-4 with a three-run homer, two doubles and a single to shut out Morgan 8-0.

Mia Strizak, Berea-Midpark softball

The senior had an RBI single in the third inning to top North Ridgeville 2-1 and help the Titans take the lead in the Southwestern Conference title race.

Aiden Van De Hatert, Badin baseball

Allowed one hit and struck out 13 batters over five innings to defeat Princeton 10-2 and improve Badin's season record to 21-1.

Madison Wendel, Coldwater softball

In a 6-3 win over Minster, she recorded her 700th career strikeout and allowed three runs while striking out seven.
