Oklahoma 4A high school football team previews: Ada believes experience will pay dividends this season

The Cougars bring back nine starters on each side of the ball under a second-year coach.

QB Carter Freeland, 6-2, 185, Sr.

Freehand returns after throwing for more than 1,800 yards and tossing 20 touchdowns.

RB Darius Gilmore, 5-8, 155, Sr.

Gilmore comes back after rushing for 706 yards and scoring eight touchdowns. Gilmore will share the load with Xander Rhynes and Kendre Grant.
