Here's a summary of everything that happened in Saturday's OSAA 6A, 5A and 4A boys and girls basketball state tournaments.

CLASS 6A BOYS

At Chiles Center

Final

No. 1 Tualatin 66, No. 2 Summit 49

Noah Ogoli dropped in a game-high 24 points, Malik Ross, Josiah Lake and Peter Burke tossed in 12 points apiece, and the Timberwolves handed the Storm their first loss of the season and claimed the state title. 

Lake grabbed 15 rebounds and Ogoli pulled down nine as Tualatin (26-2) controlled the boards, 43-24. 

The Timberwolves sank 18 of 27 free throws and didn't trail after the first quarter. 

Caden Harris put together a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds, Julian Mora added 10 points, and Carson Cox and Collin Moore each had eight for Summit (27-1). 

3rd/5th Place

No. 5 West Linn 77, No. 11 Mountainside 50

Jackson Shelstad poured in 33 points, Zeke Viuhkola scored 19 and Peyton Durbin added 14 as the Lions (22-4) roared past the Mavericks in the second half. 

Shelstad knocked down six of West Linn’s 10 three-pointers, and the Lions outscored the Mavericks 47-21 over the final 16 minutes. 

Brayden Boe (14 points), Dimitri Cohen (13) and Dezman Baker (10) provided the bulk of the offense for Mountainside (20-9), which finished 3 of 20 from behind the arc. 

4th/6th Place

No. 4 South Medford 79, No. 7 Roosevelt 75

The Panthers (25-3) nailed eight first-half three-pointers to build a big lead and withstood a late comeback attempt to edge the pesky Roughriders (22-8). 

Boden Howell poured in 32 points, Jackson Weiland had 16, Devon Malcolm and Gabe Adams added 10 apiece, and South Medford led by 16 entering the fourth quarter. 

Terrence Hill (24 points), Raysean Seamster (16) and Donatello Tupper (14) finished in double figures for late-charging Roosevelt.

Utrillo Morris and Chance White chipped in eight points each for the Roughriders, who pulled within one with 59 seconds left.

CLASS 6A GIRLS

Final

No. 1 Beaverton 56, No. 7 Barlow 39 

The Beavers raced to a 26-4 lead early in the second quarter and never looked back, taking the state title with an impressive win over the Bruins. 

Zoe Borter (17 points), Madison Naro (16), Emily Rice (10) and Lainey Spear (10) combined to score all but three points for Beaverton (26-1). 

Annie Koenig topped Barlow (25-4) with 20 points and Kennedie Shuler chipped in 13 for the Bruins, who couldn’t get any closer than nine in the second half. 

3rd/5th Place

No. 5 Clackamas 59, No. 3 South Medford 54

The Cavaliers broke a tie with an 8-3 run over the final two minutes and edged the Panthers. 

Jazzy Davidson (16 points), Sara Barhoum (15) and Eliza Buerk (10) scored in double figures, and Dylan Mogel had seven points with eight rebounds to lead the way for Clackamas (27-3). 

Donovyn Hunter had 18 points and 12 rebounds to star for South Medford (24-5), which was outscored 23-14 in the fourth quarter. The Panthers got 12 more points from Sierra Logue, and Lottie Dillard added seven. 

4th/6th Place

No. 6 Benson 60, No. 4 Lakeridge 51

The Techsters trailed by seven points entering the fourth quarter and outscored the Pacers 23-7 over the final eight minutes in a come-from-behind victory. 

Maurianna Hashemian-Orr had 21 points, Malaya LeSueur scored 20, and Onna Brown added nine for Benson (23-5), which forced 18 turnovers and made 26 of 38 free throws. 

Reese Ericson led Lakeridge (23-6) with a game-high 27 points, Kemper Flood had 11, and Keelie O’Hollaren added nine.

No. 3 Wilsonville 34, No. 4 Silverton 30 

Guard Enzo Chimienti led all scorers with 15 points, Kallen Gutridge and Logan Thebiay had six points each, and the Wildcats overcame an 11-6 halftime deficit to down the Foxes. 

Wilsonville (27-2) dominated the glass (26-13) and seized control with a 17-6 third quarter. 

Jordan McCarty had 11 points to pace Silverton (23-6), which jumped out to an early 9-2 lead. Ryan Redman-Brown added nine points with seven boards, and Neil Efimov scored five more in a losing cause. 

3rd/5th Place

No. 2 Churchill 67, No. 1 Redmond 66 

The Lancers controlled the paint (34-18) and held off a late flurry to edge the Panthers. 

Samaje Morgan went for 28 points, Ty Weiskind scored 15, and Churchill (23-6) got 15 points from its bench. 

Garrett Osborne (28 points), Evan Otten (14 points, 18 rebounds) and Nathan Wachs (10 points) were the leading scorers for Redmond (21-7), which led by nine in the first half. 

4th/6th Place

No. 6 Crater 50, No. 8 Ashland 45

Tate Broesder scored a game-high 23 points, Logan Price had eight points, Javon Smith added seven, and the Comets overcame an early 8-0 hole to beat the Grizzlies in an all-Midwestern League clash. 

Colton Vranes pitched in seven assists and four steals as Crater (23-6) used 17 points off turnovers to pull away. 

Egan Shields potted 15 points with nine boards, Izzy Golden went for 10 points and eight rebounds, and Hawthorn Lapierre chipped in nine and nine to pace Ashland (16-11).

No. 9 Crescent Valley 50, No. 7 Springfield 39

Gabby Bland drilled seven three-pointers and scored 31 points, Molly Campbell added 10 points off the bench, and the Raiders beat the Millers in a seesaw affair to claim the state title. 

In a game that featured five ties and seven lead changes in the first half, Bland’s big night was the difference and allowed Crescent Valley (22-7) to pull away. 

Danaeja Romero-Ah Sam had 11 points, Juju Henderson scored 10, and Kylie Rankins tossed in nine to lead Springfield (21-8). 

3rd/5th Place

No. 4 Ridgeview 58, No. 11 Putnam 43

Kyrah Daniels scored 31 points on 12-of-19 shooting, Jenna Albrecht pitched in 10 points, and the Ravens flew past the Kingsmen in the second half to earn the victory. 

Ridgeview (21-7) scored 16 fastbreak points and used a 33-16 advantage over the final two quarters to put it away. 

Rylee Lemen had 13 points and Riley Greenleaf scored 12 to lead Putnam (20-8). Emma McDonald chipped in seven points, and Maddie Olma added six. 

4th/6th Place

No. 1 Willamette 61, No. 3 Crook County 54

The Wolverines scored 26 points off 24 forced turnovers and never trailed in a gritty win over the Cowgirls. 

Brynn Smith (19 points), Kayla Morris (15) and Victoria Nguyen (14) provided the bulk of the scoring for Willamette (27-2), which led 32-19 at the break. 

Emma Bales scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, Josie Kasberger went for 13 and 10, and Katelynn Weaver pitched in 10 points for Crook County (22-5).

No. 2 Cascade 42, No. 1 Junction City 30

Kellen Sande scored 10 points, Ty Best and Spencer Horne had nine apiece, and Dominic Ball pitched in eight, leading the Cougars to the state title with a convincing win over the Tigers. 

Cascade (22-3) trailed 12-11 after one period before pitching a shutout in the second quarter to take a six-point lead to halftime. 

Kaleb Burnett had 11 points with eight rebounds, Chris Ohman scored nine, and Colby Evans finished with eight to pace Junction City (24-4), which committed 18 turnovers.  

3rd/5th Place

No. 11 Banks 62, No. 4 Seaside 54

Cooper Gobel (22 points), Ben Mayo (16) and Michael Vereen (12) dominated inside, and Banks never trailed in a win over the Cowapa League rival Seagulls. 

Banks (21-7) enjoyed a 30-14 advantage in the paint. 

Guard Ever Sibony made five three-pointers and scored a game-high 25 points, Carson Kawasoe had nine points, and Jared White and Cash Corder (13 rebounds) pitched in seven points apiece for Seaside (20-8). 

4th/6th Place

No. 5 Philomath 49, No. 10 Stayton 33

The Warriors got balanced scoring and won all four quarters for a smooth victory over the Eagles in a matchup of Oregon West Conference foes. 

Cole Beardsley had 10 points, Jacob Peters scored nine off the bench, Chad Russell added eight, and Ty May put in seven to lead the way for Philomath (21-6). 

Garrett Callsen dropped in 12 points with seven rebounds to pace Stayton (19-7). Jacob Axmaker added nine points and Gabriel Wigginton had eight bench points to help the Eagles, whose only lead was 2-0.

Final

No. 1 Philomath 46, No. 11 Corbett 35 

The Warriors led 20-6 three minutes into the second period and dominated the glass in a decisive victory over the Cardinals. 

Sage Kramer led all players with 23 points and 12 rebounds, Abigail Brown had 11 points and five blocked shots, and Reagan Larson pulled down 11 boards to lead Philomath (22-4) to the state championship despite 21 turnovers. 

Ella Holwege scored 13 points for Corbett (23-4), and Grace Merrill contributed seven and Allyson Schimel six in the loss. 

The Cardinals were outrebounded 48-31 and finished 14.3% (4 of 28) from three-point range. 

3rd/5th Place

No. 7 Madras 48, No. 13 Hidden Valley 41 

Kalise Holliday scored 12 points, Sasha Esquiro and Lily Libokmeto added 10 apiece, and the White Buffaloes erased a halftime deficit in a back-and-forth win over the Mustangs. 

In a game that saw four ties and seven lead changes, Madras (17-9) used a 23-15 second half to prevail. 

Teryn Powers scored 10 points, Sana Noga chipped in nine, and Skylar Willey had eight points to go with nine rebounds, leading Hidden Valley (15-12) in defeat. 

4th/6th Place

No. 3 Baker 57, No. 12 Marist Catholic 48

Jozie Ramos (13 points), Rylee Elms (12), Brooklyn Jaca (12) and Macey Moore (10) reached double digits in scoring, and the Bulldogs pulled away in the final eight minutes to down the Spartans. 

Elms also collected a game-high 11 rebounds, and Baker (22-6) controlled the fourth quarter, 23-14, to snatch the win. 

Paige Doerr had a game-high 21 points and Madison Holmes chipped in 10 to lead Marist Catholic (17-9), which shot 14.3% (3 of 21) from three-point range.
